Great ride, but not the meeting arrangements
The driver was excellent, but it took a lots of communication via texting. I was expecting the driver to meet me in the airport lobby having a sign with my name.

Amazing service
I have used there service now over 8 times this year and they are amazing. They are responsive, reliable, accommodating, on time, and have a great team. I will keep using them for all my travels into Medellin.

Beware; it’s ONE-way only!
What a rip off! This price LOOKS like it is a round trip price; and when purchasing it, it asks for the round trip information, but on the return date, they claimed that it was for one way only. It would have been cheaper calling an Uber. I called Viator and spoke with “Von” and he was useless and didn’t know. Avoid this!

Unfortunately it seems that you do not know how to read, and when you LOST your RESERVATION because you missed the flight you did not say anything even though we picked you up the next day without charging you anything, also at no time did it say that it was round trip, and you did not ask either, of all our services you are the only one who has thought that, and take Uber calmly because when something happens to you in an illegal service like it is in Colombia you will have no one to complain to, cheap is expensive
