To start a vacation with frustration is unacceptable!! There was no rep at counter and driver never showed up. They refused a partial refund. There are too many other companies to choose from. There is no need to make the mistake we made when we PRE PAID our reservation with this company!
We got off the plane and customs took a while to clear so we missed the original pick up time but madame Sher really made us feel welcomed and taken care of! She was able to arrange another car to send us to the hotel and her energy was just so wholesome. The service was horrible tho (the taxi service not Sher), they never picked us up when we were leaving for the airport and I was still charged. Regardless, Sher is the only reason why I’m putting in a review because she is fantastic! Thank you Sher :)
Really don’t know what happened to my original transfer company Jamaica. Whom never contacted me. Therefore, I’m in a strange country stuck at the airport for hours. Until Sherine saw me and asked if I needed help. She provided me with a car immediately. The driver took me to the resort and transferred me back to the airport after my stay.
On our trip to Jamaica our transportation from airport to hotel was phenomenal! The gentleman and especially the two young ladies Shar and Tasha were pleasant respectful very helpful. I found new friends in Jamaica due to MBJ transfer! ❤️
I was skeptical about booking with this company, but I have to say they are the best hands down. Upon arrival at the airport, I was politely greeted and we went on our way to my hotel. The driver was very nice, professional, and informative. He also went out of his way to ensure that I was satisfied with everything before he left. This was the best so far and I will book again.
Clean vehicles, friendly safe drivers, who were attentive to our needs. I will use them again and again.
Great, great service. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience. Upon arrival we could easily find the Jam Tour guys and we were quickly provided large van transportation to our resort without incident with a very friendly driver. But the part that far exceeded my expectations involved me leaving a personal belonging behind that a Jam Tour employee returned to the resort the following morning with all of my items including wallet, keys, and computer. Be it a great tour company, the Jamaican culture, or just a great employee, I can't speak more positively about my experience with this particular booking.
they were on time every time and very professional - very clean cars and safe drivers would def recommend
The drivers were excellent. Very patient and attentive. I had two groups coming in and 3 leaving and this company took great care of us. We will use them again.
When we got the the airport in Jamacia our driver was not there but a lady called them after about 15 minutes of looking for them and they came within 5 minutes and took us to the airport. On the way back to the airport they were right on time picking us up from the hotel. Friendly drivers who chatted on the way there and back!
