Great Value
Meetup was difficult to locate once we got off the ship, but that was quickly resolved with a phone call. The e-bikes are old and used, but worked fine. Our tour guide took us around Mazatlan and showed us several sites, some of which we've seen previously but enjoyed seeing again, like the cliff divers. Biking around town is one of the best ways to see the city up close and inexpensively. Unfortunately, our day was usually hot and humid due to a hurricane offshore, but the breeze on the bikes keep us comfortable.

Best Of The Best Smart Bike Tour
Our guide (who I cannot recall his name) was amazing. He explained the smart bike operation, made sure we understood everything, and had us do a test ride back and forth on a quiet street. The bikes performed well, and his knowledge of Mazatlan was deep, taking us to the best locations and sharing his knowledge about each stop. This was a great way to experience the geography, history, and people of Mazatlan. I highly recommend this to teens and adults of all ages.

Fun in Mazatlan!
A great way to see the city. The tour takes you to many historic and iconic locations. It is a must. The e-bike are easy to ride. The tour guide is very knowledgeable and accommodating.

Bike ride
The bikes were very good. Location to join tour is right at the port. Guide was excellent. He gave us a lot of information about Mazaltan. The ride went through whole city..the ride concluded with the cliff jumpers.

Wear closed shoes and sunscreen. Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about the bokes and all the areas we rode in.

Terrific Mazatlan bike tour
Fantastic electric bike tour around the city of Mazatlan, Mexico. Our guide was Sebastian. He was very knowledgeable, bi-lingual, and had a great sense of humor. Took us to many places, provided water, and took lots of pictures for the entire group. We learned alot about the city and the local people. We stopped at some very interesting spots (saw cliff divers and a large local open market). The tour lasted 3 hours. Sebastian was very concerned about our safety in the local streets and made sure that were aware of how to operate the bikes safely. Highly recommended tour. 10 out of a possible 10.

Good tour but should be...
Good tour but should be longer. It would have been nice to ride to the end of the Malacon and seen the Mazatlan sign and statues

Eikes with Sebastion hi light of trip
Sebastion was an excellent guide making us feel safe, giving us a good ride with interesting historical perspectives on areas visited- the bikes though mostly in working order could have had better maintenance - You will not go wrong with Sebastion as your guide!

Would not do again
The e-bikes are old and unreliable. The pedal assist system is very "quirky" and does not respond as a usual ebike would. The tour itself is interesting but could use less "political" commentary about foreign investment and focus on history.

Never again
This tour didn’t happen !
Our booking time was changed with no consultation. When we showed up there was no one there ! I have also paid for this for nothing . Very poor .
Operator response
As I mentioned in direct messages, the tour guide was at the meeting point at the tour time and we waited 15 minutes, but you never showed up! We had to depart with the other guests
