A Beautiful & Unforgettable Experience
I loved my experience! We got to walk around the entire location and enjoy the animals as well as the beautiful plants. My boyfriend and I went at the perfect time because we also got to partake in a bonding spiritual experience. We were able to reflect, let go of things that no longer served us, and symbolically burn them in the fire. It made the whole experience feel even more special and meaningful.
I also won’t forget Narciso the peacock or the kind woman who guided us through the entire spiritual ceremony. She made the experience feel so welcoming and memorable. They also sell alcohol, which was definitely a plus for us! We went sometime around 2–4 PM in June, and the timing felt perfect.

Order ahead of time....
Order ahead of time. Viator did not send me the confirmation code I needed for fast entry. I had to wait for the front desk to call the booking site and confirm

Few staff members
Better organization
I attended an arts event and there were few staff members assisting and facilitating entry.
The few staff members did what was within their capabilities.

Breathtaking views, walk in the aviator, learn about whales, and hands-on participation in the high vibrational chocolate ceremo
You can walk with parrots, toucan, flamingo, and peacocks. The view is amazing and you can learn the history in the historical house. The whale museum is informative with hands-on activities for the children. But do not miss the chocolate ceremony! This was the highlight of the trip and yes she speaks both in Spanish and English. It is a high vibrational ceremony with great intention.

Nice place that seems to care about itself
We enjoyed this place. Staff seemed to care about the animals. The building itself is well kept. And the view, as others have said, is great. And a walk or easy ride to el centro caps a nice afternoon. The ceremony could use some english, or at least, a little card so you could follow along. The zip line ends here, btw.
Genuinely unique experience, overall.

best view in the city
we were in mazatlan for a couple weeks and spent a couple hours checking this out and it was pretty cool. you take a funicular up to the top where we walked through the museum which has a video sort of showing the history of mazatlan which was neat, walked through a very nice garden, went through a long elevated pathway that goes past a huge birdcage and some iguanas and turtles on the way to the whale museum which is also quite interesting. there's a restaurant at the top of the building, I didn't have any food but the beer was a really fair price and overall just a great spot to enjoy the view and relax. I'd recommend checking it out for sure if you're in the area!

Beautiful site!
This is a must see in Mazatlan. The site is beautiful and very well maintained. You access it by funicular and are greeted by peacocks who are certainly not shy about displaying their gorgeous plumage!
Interacting with the macaws and other birds is incredible, although I think my sister was much more into birds perching on her head and shoulders than I was...the guide was very informative and seemed to genuinely enjoy interacting with the birds.
The iguanas (more my style than birds) turtles and koi ponds were nestled along wandering paths that made for a pleasant walk sometimes even up in the tree canopy. That being said, there were a few stairs and inclines, that were tiring for my companion who walks with a cane.
The whale museum, was included in the very reasonable price of admission was very informative and probably the highlight for me. It is amazing what they have created using shipping containers!
We had lunch in the restaurant, the food was good and reasonably priced. Go early in the day if you don't like the heat, but go...!
