DO NOT USE! 1 Hour Late for Pickup and different driver showed up then the one booked
Terrible! Do not use! We arrived at the pickup location at exactly the time that the driver was supposed to pick us up from the airport and the driver was not there. We reached out via phone to the driver who said he was stuck in traffic but was clearly at home since there were people talking in the background. He claimed to be stuck in traffic and would be there in 15-20 minutes. He did not show up for an hour and when he arrived the driver was not the same driver as the picture contact that I was given which is extremely unsafe. Upon bringing up these concerns with Viator they found that there was no issue and did not issue even a partial refund. I would never use them again and hope no one else does as they left a terrible taste in our mouth to start our honeymoon trip in Mauritius.
