Great experience. The Camel ride was short but was actually just right for us as a family. Our guide Omaima, was superb and really looked after us and made sure the children had a good view of the fire show. The fire show was amazing! A great night all round.
- unannounced extra stop at an argan oil producer (cooperative) - only after a discussion did we get the camel ride during sunset (as booked), and not 2 hours earlier - pickup in a non-air-conditioned bus (though that was stated in the offer), with extremely loud music (was turned down after asking twice) - guide tried hard but had no understanding that small children cannot settle down in a minibus (screaming the whole trip) when you play loud music - opportunity to go swimming in the pool, that was great. However, that was not stated in the offer. - Our assumption is that different providers had combined their offers due to low demand, and thus they could not or would not address the specific individual experience booked, or only did so upon specific request - the camels were actually dromedaries, by the way :)

Nous sommes toutefois désolés que certains aspects de l’excursion n’aient pas répondu à vos attentes. Concernant l’arrêt à la coopérative d’huile d’argan, nous prenons bien note de votre remarque et veillerons à ce que ce type d’arrêt soit clairement communiqué à nos clients à l’avance. Pour la balade en dromadaire, celle-ci était bien prévue au coucher du soleil comme indiqué dans votre réservation. Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez finalement pu profiter de ce moment dans les conditions souhaitées. Concernant la musique dans le minibus, nous comprenons parfaitement que cela puisse être gênant, particulièrement avec de jeunes enfants. Après vos remarques, le volume a été immédiatement diminué et nous allons rappeler à nos équipes de rester attentives au confort de tous les passagers. Enfin, nous tenons à préciser qu’il ne s’agissait pas d’un regroupement de prestations entre différents prestataires visant à modifier votre expérience. We had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend this tour, especially considering the price. It was excellent value for money. The highlight for us was our guide, Omaima. She was incredibly welcoming from the moment she picked us up, always smiling, and spoke three languages fluently, which made everyone feel included. She was also very patient throughout the day, especially with families and kids, and made the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. The camel ride, dinner, and evening entertainment were all great. Our kids absolutely loved the fire show. It was definitely one of the highlights of the trip and something they’ll remember. The only downside was that the air conditioning in our vehicle wasn’t working properly. It was a bit uncomfortable on the drive, especially in the summer heat. That said, everything else was a solid 10/10, and it didn’t take away from what was otherwise a wonderful experience. One tip for future guests. Bring your swimsuit! We didn’t realize there was a pool and didn’t pack ours, so we missed out. If you come prepared, you’ll be able to enjoy that part of the experience as well. A big thank you to Omaima for making the day so memorable. She is a real asset to the team, and we would happily do this tour again. If I were making one small change in your style, I’d change “excellent value for money” to “For what we paid, this was hard to beat.” It feels a little more natural and conversational.
A nice excursion. A little sad that you had to sit and wait for those who had also chosen quadbike in the package. And the camel ride is not at sunset.
Absolutely amazing excursion! Our tour guide was super communicative and clear. It was easy to meet up and he explained everything that was happening during the trip. There was so much packed into just one day and we really appreciated that. The camel ride was a unique experience and the quad bike was excellent! They put you on a long route with stunning views and are extremely helpful at all times. We had not even gotten the quad bike package but we were allowed to join at the last minute (we simply paid the difference). They served delicious tea for free and had tons of cold drinks for purchase. We also appreciated the visit to the oil factory and the dinner at the end of the day. Live music, a pool, and a fire show. It was an incredible & fun experience that you can tell was thought through to make it the best possible experience for tourists. Hospitality was A+ and we will 100% be returning to Morocco! Side note, we traveled with our 2 year old and it wasn’t a problem. She was allowed on the camel with me and the quad bike. The staff at the excursion were helpful with her and understanding of the behavior of a toddler!
We had a really good experience during our trip! Our guide, oumaima, was very attentive, and made sure all our needs were met! Many cool avtivities provided! The quad bike trip lastet about an hour, and the camel ride lasted ca. 20 minuites! Afterwards we went to a location where ww got to taste local oils and honey with bread, as well as observing how they make authentic argan oil! After this we traveled to have dinner and a show, with authentic morrocan food and fire! Tips for others: bring more water than you think you need, bring sun screen, and there is a toilet available when you go on quad bikes!
