I had a wonderful one day trip to this place. The place was enjoyable and the overall experience was memorable and fun.The tourist was very kind and enthusiastic during the visit and his friendly nature made the journey memorable for everyone
oussama helps me a lot!! Very good driver and so courtesy. I would like to ask him again when next trip in Morroco!!Thanks again!! I am lookin forward seeing you again. ウサマはとても良いドライバーで、安全な旅行を助けてくれました。ありがとう!また次もガイドしてください!
Day 1 - pick up at Marakesh. We were told the pick up time was 730am, however it was late and arrived closer to 8am. The van is for 19 people, it was full but everyone was pleasant. Majority of the time was spent in the car, despite all the description of stops described in the ad. We did stop at Aït Benhaddou - it says in the ad that a guide is optional however it was mandatory when we got there which means, we had to pay 3 euros per person. The guide expected this amount - collected without a thank you. The time spent in this historic town was a total of 1.5 hours. Almost the entire time was spent being guided to store after store by the tour guide. Zero time was given to explore the place on your own. We arrived at the lodging ahead of time (largely because we didn't stop at key places listed on the ad). The lodging was not bad, ran out of hot water but that is expected. The food was more than enough for everyone which is great. Bottled water is 15 MAD. The food could use more flavour but I guess it was meant to cater to all tastebuds. There is a vegetarian option. Day 2 - Another long journey to the desert, not much happened other than being taken to more stores and long drive. Arrived at the camp parking lot early, rode camels halfway to the campsite then switched to an SUV. It was shared accommodation so 5 strangers in a room. Not sure if the sheets were cleaned but towels were only provided to half the people in the tent. There are toilets and showers and a nice view of the desert. Dinner was quite sparse. Barely enough food for everyone, unfortunately. There was live music at night which was not bad. Day 3 - 1 hour camel ride back to the parking lot. Was met by the driver from day 1 and 2, pressured us to write a review on the spot, even provided us hotspot when we said we don't have a data plan/sim. This made me realize that perhaps the reviews for this tour is not as legit given the pressure from the driver to write a review on the spot. Eventually made it to Fes with a few stops along the way. Overall, try your luck with another company.

Younes and Najib were great and we had a very memorable experience.
Avoid it at all cost I travelled solo and booked luxury private camp. There were 6 people in this tour. The guide was on time to pick up as arranged time. But he did not proactively tell us the plan of the day. He didn’t tell us how long was the drive and when would be the toilet break. Of course he didn’t tell us where we were going. Everytime we asked how long the drive would be, he always said 1hour 20mins. In fact, it was not. Driver dropped us to a local walk tour and the other guy took us to a restaurant after the walk. The local guide said our driver would join us for lunch so he would be there. We didn’t see him during lunch and not able to find him after lunch. We waited like 30 mins still couldn’t find our driver. We called the tour company and no one answers. We messaged and no one replied. It took ages and finally someone in the company answered and said will reach out to the driver. The first night say was horrible. I traveled alone and they originally arranged me to a twin bedroom. The towels on the beds were wet. The beds were also wet too. Also why they arranged me a twin bedroom if I m solo??? I told them the room was horrible and needed a swap. They took ages to change a room for me. The next room was double room. It’s better condition at least the end was not wet. But definitely not clean as it was sooo itchy during my sleep. There was no hot water at night either. When we arrived the camp second day, the camp manager (another guy) didn’t arrange a private camp to me straight away even though I showed him the booking. The tour provider didn’t let the camp manager know about my booking in advance and took like an hour to confirm. I was so tired and needed a private place to rest!!!! I paid €300+ and expected better services!!!!! The third day going to fes was a disaster too. I kept asking what’s the arrangement as the other five guys in this tour were not going to fes ( they put me in this tour with people didn’t book same tour). No one can tell the arrangement or the name of the fes driver until 5 mins before the driver arrived on that morning. Worst arrangement ever seen
Hassan is a great driver and tour guide. I felt very safe sitting the car. There are mulitple photo stops as well. In general, it was fun
Best experience ever!! Honestly couldn’t have imagined a better way of doing the Sahara in Morocco. There were about 16 of us in the van with plenty of room to spare. Abundant, interesting stops throughout the road trip, and our guide Hamid was the best dude ever - super down to earth, amazing English, and extremely charismatic. All the logistics were handled exceptionally well and after the chaoticness of Marrakesh, the tour was a welcome break from stress during our trip.
It was a wonderful experience. Excellent organization. We love our guide Chaima. This tour is a practical and interesting way to get to know the desert and its surroundings.
The whole experience was very, very well organized and Oussama and Chaima were amazing and so helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend
