¡Gracias!

Bravissimo davvero. A presto!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review.💕 We are truly delighted to hear that you had a great experience with Abdelhalk Hadek. It’s fantastic to know that he provided a smooth transfer to and from the spa, shared useful information about Morocco and the local markets, and made you feel comfortable throughout the journey. Your special mention and “extra star” mean a lot to us — we will be sure to pass your kind words on to him. Feedback like yours motivates our team to continue delivering the highest level of service. Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that you contacted us in advance and requested a later appointment for your spa due to your morning balloon activity. We agreed together that your pickup would be at 10:30. Our driver arrived at the agreed pickup location on time, but unfortunately you were not there, which is considered a no-show. Please note that we follow all rules and procedures to ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, and we strive to provide excellent service while adhering to the terms of bookings. We regret that this situation did not meet your expectations and appreciate your understanding.
