These guys provide the photographic support to the Hotel Air Balloon journey. We purchased photos and film of our experience. The quality is superb, excellent value for money. I was very impressed with their honesty and communication. I had trouble with my card abroad and for some reason I got charged twice. They immediately notified me, prior to returning to the hotel and reimbursed me in cash with the overpayment. Alongside this, the communicated via WhatsApp and delivered links to the digital downloads so I could share with my wife. Super friendly lads, professional in all areas and I hope they do really well. Set aside a small amount of money and treat yourself to the video. Remember to wave and smile as that camera comes around!
Awesome outing thoroughly enjoyed by all the family, excellent promotion by Elhadi who proved to be trustworthy and honest as well as a good deal maker. The drive although bumpy was very comfortable Reception at the site and breaskfast were exceptionally warm and welcoming. As for the ballon ride it was a memorable exprience with panoramic breath taking views , Omer piloted the balloon with wit and he made the group feel at ease. The photography and personlized video was an excellent touch - thanks Anas. In a nutshell a very well run outfit who aced all aspects handsdown.
Our first trip to Marakech with our first Activity, the HotAir Balloon Flight/Sunrise was an Amazing experience. The Flight attendant, our guide and all the team were friendly and precise. The Flight attendant had good knowledge and insight. The HotAir Baloon took of and landed, giving is a smoot and safe flight.
We arrived in the desert at 5.40am and the host took us up to the viewing deck. They had beautiful carpets and camp fires set up with Moroccan music playing. Then we went to our balloons and watched them blow them up. The whole experience was amazing. I would definitely go on the balloon trip with this company and purchase the drone video and photo package that’s offered at the end.
We have never done air balloon trip before and we didn't know what to expect. Our experience was amazing,the views are beautiful, and the people organising it are helpful and friendly. We enjoyed greatly a lovely welcoming Moroccan tea on the terrace when waiting for the balloons to be prepared. To top it all, at the end we enjoyed a lovely breakfast during which the pictures and the recording of us were presented to us. Just make sure you have hats with you as the heat from the jets are hot.
I travel with my 4 year old son (just me and him) and wow what an experience! Everything went so smoothly and to plan and i couldnt recomend this company anymore, there amazing! Super great, super freindly and super safe! Thanks again Holly
