Itinerary
We’ll pick you up at your hotel in Cusco, don’t forget to bring your Cusco Tourist Ticket! Our first stop will be in Moray, an ancient agricultural laboratory where over 250 plant species were cultivated during the Inca era.
Once we’ve finished our excursion, we’ll head towards Maras, a small town with colonial and Inca characteristics.
We will then visit the Salineras, a group of over 3,000 salt mines currently used by the locals for the extraction of salt since pre-Columbian times. Once we’ve finished with all the activities, we’ll return to Cusco. Drop off will be at your accommodation.

I made two tours with the guide Jim (City Tour and Maras & Moray). And both were amazing. Very learned. A true class of history and culture. Jim and the guide Hernandes super attentive and friendly. Super recommend.

Local experience and good places to visit
It was a group of 9. The small bus ( bigger than tour van) was very comfortable. We were picked up at our hotel at 8:40am and dropped off at approximately. 2:45pm. Both locations required some walking up and down the stone steps. So wearing hiking shoes is ideal. We received our bagged lunch at the end of trip. There were 2 stops for bathroom/ souvenir shops, however, no pushy sales.
My experience was great! Percy was our guide and definitely made the experience even more enjoyable. We made the tours in a comfortable way, we removed many doubts and we know a lot about their culture. I recommend everyone!
