The Dumbo and Brooklyn Bridge tour is more comprehensive than expected. It takes the stipulated time and is in English. Keep in mind that there is a brief subway ride that is paid with a credit card. I recommend it.
We had a wonderful morning touring the West Village and Central Park with Sonya. She was very informative and nice! We loved hearing the little insider tid-bits of NY history and she answered the oddest of my questions with a smile! Thank you for helping make my first NYC trip a great one!
A really great few hours. We were taken to many really interesting streets and sites in the Upper West Side that we'd never have found alone. We had already visited Central Park several time but learned so much about it. Also picked up some really helpful tips on things like using the subway. Appreciated the snack break at an amazing cookie shop!
Amazing experience with a well-knowing tour guide.
I took advantage of the free tour through my Pod hotel. Patrick was awesome and I learned a lot of history from him. I had been to Manhattan several times prior, but had never spent much time in Brooklyn. We toured Brooklyn Heights and Dumbo. It was just me and one other couple so it was personal and intimate. Patrick was very personable.
These guys are amazing. I joined their tours almost every day during my week in New York and honestly, without these guided walks I wouldn’t have understood the city nearly as well. They shared tons of useful insights — not just dates and facts, but real context about the history of different neighborhoods, how the city evolved, and practical tips you can actually use while exploring NYC. Highly recommended if you want more than just sightseeing.
This is an excellent way to get to know the city, plus the guides are really friendly! The daily agenda covers a great part of must sees in NYC.
It was a very good walking tour. In addition to all the care they took during the briefing time before the tour started, they also gave us a slow explanation in English for the Japanese during the tour, which was impressive. Thank you very much.
This was an amazing tour. If you are solo tripping in NYC, this is the perfect way to connect and explore and not feel alone. Train rides, walking, coffee, chatting.. full experience.
Very fun and informative. We saw a lot of things we wouldn't have been able to normally and heard some stories we had never heard. Well worth the money. Enjoy!
