ZERO Stars - Sad Customers

SCAM. And if it isn’t … then HORRIBLE customer experience. They did NOT give us our tickets for the museum and observatory. We only did the walking tour and when it ended we had no explanation and NO TICKETS for the other experiences. We talked to Albert in customer experience and argued with us that we received them!!! Two kids stuck with no tickets. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Operator response

Hi Maura, We're sorry you had a negative experience. Guests are immediately handed their tickets upon check-in. Your tickets are stapled together with your party name at the top. After check-in for your tour, our tour coordinator recorded that no tickets were leftover thus your tickets were handed to someone in your party. Guests are instructed upon receiving tickets to keep them in a safe place. Unfortunately, tickets cannot be replaced once distributed.

Great tour and tour guide

We started on time and Amy our tour guide was exceptionally knowledgeable about our points of interest-NYSE, Wall Street, Trinity Church, 911 Memorial which included the Oculus in the #3/4 tower, and the charging bull. Amy gave us very clear directions on getting on the boat for the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Amy also paced us well so we didn’t feel rushed.

James is a great guide!

James was a wonderful tour guide through the various points of Ground Zero/911 Memorial. He gave a realistic guide to the days of and after, providing moments of brevity where appropriate. We appreciated that on a very hot day he found shade for the group to stand and included everyone in questions and conversations. Length of the tour was perfect - not too long and not too short.

Operator response

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're glad to hear that James provided a balanced, engaging, and considerate experience, especially on such a hot day. It’s great to know his storytelling and care for the group made the tour meaningful and comfortable. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again soon!
