Excellent tour and a great thing to do while on holiday !

Ok time
We had 2 couples and a single. We wanted 3 boats. We only got 2! The single person wanted to drive a separate boat so the couples could be together. Instead They put 3 large adults in one boat. It did not drive fast. They ended up taking the single person out and going with the guide boat. if we wanted a separate boat for the single driver, we had to pay an additional $69. That's ridiculous. It was fun driving a boat, but that's all it was. We drove through the lagoon. Through some mangroves, we did see a crocodile sunning himself. We did not stop at a private beach for swim.... Like the description stated. So, it was just okay. We would not do it again.

Hidden fee, cost us extra $80 , not worth it.
$20 per PASSENGER “docking Fee” , listed of course in the footnotes. Come on guys you know what you’re doing, stop tricking people and list it more prominently , also the overall price with that included is WAY too steep for what you get. Boats are cheap and in pretty poor condition. Staff was friendly, tour was …. Okay. Too expensive would not recommend due to price not being accurately listed. You can’t spring and $80 fee on someone when they arrive.

Fun day at sea
Really nice. Good reef cool experience, saw some barracuda and one sea turtle and a bunch of small fish, fotos were kindof expensive but cool with drone shots too.

Extra fee
Beware there is an undisclosed $22 per person dock fee faced upon checkin at the boats. This should have been part of reservation.
Operator response
Hello Jason ! The actual dock fee is $20 usd per person , not $22 , it is clearly specified on your booking confirmation as NOT INCLUDED! You can also read it , on the details and description of the activity as NOT INCLUDED. Regards , see you next time!

Hidden fee
Experience was great it is so much fun to ride the mangroves and if you a duo both of you get plenty of time to drive. Unfortunately there is a 20 dollar (dock fee) that isn't disclosed when booking. That is not right, all fees should be charged up front
Operator response
Hello Alex, we are glad to know you had so much fun , and you enjoyed driving the speed boat! As you can read , on the details of the tour , there is a 20 usd fee per person that is not included and you pay it at check in, is also written on the email confirmation you received! See you next time...

Great Experience with Kid
It was fun. My boyfriend ride it with my 4 year old son. My son fell asleep during the ride, but it was a really fun ride.

Absolutely recommended, the tour was nice and long which takes away the payment and apart is not very expensive
Excellent tour being my first time in a speed boat, very nice, experience, I would recommend it and would do it again if I returned to the same place

Just what we were looking for.
This is a great experience where you get to drive your own easy to operate boat. There is a guide in the boat in front of you the whole way. Our guide pointed out wildlife and took us through the mangroves and all over the bay. This experience was fun and appropriate for all ages. It had just the righ blend of speed and excitement paired with the peace and quiet of the mangroves. I highly recommend this tour if you are a family looking for something to do for a few hours but you don't want to be away from your hotel all day. We will return.
Operator response
