Not good

The app is very clanky, the directions are not always clear. It was hard to complete the challenges when two of the places were boarded up and one not there. If following the map it does not always tske you to the right place

Operator response

I am very sorry to hear about the issues you faced with the app being clunky and the boarded-up locations in Manchester. We want to look into this right away to fix the route and clarify the directions. Please email us at explore@questoapp.com so we can investigate and offer you a free quest to try our experience again. Thanks, Alex - Founder of Questo

Fantastic way to explore Manchester

We decided go do this self guided tour just 20 minutes before we wanted to start. Booking it was easy. We were 500 yards from the start and when we got there it was pretty self explanatory (with some hints!) to find our way around. Managed to see parts of the city we would have missed. Great art and a bargain price.

Operator response

Thank you for sharing your fantastic experience! We're delighted that you found the booking process easy and that the tour allowed you to explore and discover hidden gems in the city. If you ever decide to set off on another adventure or have more stories to share, don't hesitate to get in touch. Happy questing! 🗺️🔍😄
