This was an amazing trek. This was my 3 visit to Nepal over the course of 40 years. The Tsum Valley was magical- like stepping back in time. The monasteries and Milarepa cave are not to be missed. We got snow up above Namrung which was beautiful. Climbing up to Dharmsala felt like you were completely wrapped around by the mighty Himalayan peaks - much more remote feeling than Solu Khumbu or Annapurna sanctuary. The logistics of the whole trip from airport pickup and back to Kathmandu were excellent. Our guide Achyut and porters were lovely and made us more than comfortable. Highly recommend Dipak and team at Nepal Trekking Planner. Footnote: I thought I had finished this after our trek - and just realized I hadn’t submitted it- in the wake of the awful flood that impacted the circuit, I hope all the lovely people living I the area recover their homes and are able to welcome trekkers again one day

Trek Manaslu
In May of this year, I went on a trek around Mount Manaslu with Mr. Dibash's team. The organization was excellent throughout the trek, including accommodation and meals. The guides were very attentive and patient with the participants. The trek itself was without any issues. After the trek, Dibash's team took us to Pokhara, where we enjoyed our time and reflected on our experience on the trek around Mount Manaslu. Great guiding, story telling and befriending.
Guides- esp Anish Phuyal and Sumit Bhatta were excellent. Great knowledge about the various peaks, rivers , terrains. good description of the local traditions- both became more of friends than guides. One of us had to be airlifted due to health emergency. Anish behaved like a brother/relative. Good responsible behaviour- esp when we were getting slow, when the weather can turn troublesome . Superb photography skills also.

Manaslu and Tsum valley trek
We completed the trek with Ananta and Suman and had a great time. We were well taken care of at all times and enjoyed their company. From the start, all is well organized and clearly communicated. The scenery and cultural experience in Tsum valley was amazing.

Manaslu Circuit & Tsum Valley with Ananta and Suman
What an amazing trip! Of course, the mountains did not disappoint, but none of it would have been possible or as great without Neapl Trekking Planner. Every question or preference we had in advance was answered and handled by the office in no time. Arrival and trip prep were also straightforward. It was just two of us with Ananta, our guide, and Suman, our porter, and we just had the best time. We had a lot of fun during the trek and at the teahouses themselves, playing cards or just talking. Both Ananta and Suman are very funny, kind, and experienced. I am going to miss them a lot in my return to my routines! Tip: If you are planning to do the Manaslu circuit, do consider adding Tsum Valley! It feels completely different; you don't want to miss it.

Really nice trek
We had a great experience ! Many beautiful views during the trek and we learned so much on the culture and monestry. Not too crowded. Love the tea houses! Two over 60 yr old Canadians
Dipak the Owner … was responsive and effective in his communication, flexible and open to the changes we asked for and generous in loaning us trekking poles (which don’t go well in carry-on luggage). Anish our Guide & our Porter … were attentive to our needs, and adjusted their pace to match ours. The tea houses we stayed at were simple and worked for us. We loved socializing with trekkers from around the world. The Tsum Valley & Manaslu Circuit Trek … is harder and more authentic than EBC or Annapurna. It took us 17 days, the Tsum & Manaslu are so different. Some rough terrain, very few hot showers and some long days of walking (18-30 KMS). You will feel proud & tired when you finish this combined trek.
