Pickup Locations & Times

Hotel pick-up from Kota Kinabalu begins at 8:30 AM with transfer to the jetty. Please be ready at your hotel lobby at least 20 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time. If the hotel you are staying at is not listed, please provide your hotel name and address upon check-out—no additional charges apply.

• One way transfer surcharge for Tuaran district: 15MYR/pax (1-3 pax) ; 10MYR/pax (4 pax & above). One way transfer surcharge for Kinarut district: 30MYR/pax
• The snorkeling equipment provided (mask and breathing tube) is only available in adult size. Children may bring their own equipment as smaller sizes are not available on-site.
• Travelers are encouraged to bring own drinking water, insect repellent, sunblock, and extra shirt and pants (if any water-related activity is involved)
• A Chinese New Year (CNY) surcharge of RM35 per person applies from 16 to 23 February 2026. This surcharge is not included in the ticket price and must be paid directly by the guest to the operator on-site.
