Son organized my group visit to Mai Chau before heading to Ha Long for one day trip private. The trip very good. Highly suggest !

This trip was an absolute disaster. Every single cent spent on it was a waste of money. The car was in terrible condition, the organization was virtually nonexistent, and the bicycles were nothing but junk. The transfers to and from the destination were absolutely awful. Sightseeing tours that had been promised and advertised were simply not provided. The worst part, however, was the customer service—or rather the lack of it—from Tripadvisor. Apart from automated replies, there was no response whatsoever. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The nature here is very beautiful and majestic, I have had experiences here and am very satisfied. The tours are very attractive, the tour guides are professional and fluent in English. Nest time I have the opportunity to come to Vietnam, I will continue to come here.

Mai Chau is a beautiful country side. The tour provided good lunch, a free bike ride along the green rice field. You’ll love the peaceful scenery that Mai Châu offers. Thank you for a fun day !!!

We had a really enjoyable tour. Communication beforehand was a little bit confusing as we ended up speaking with three different people over WhatsApp, but it turned out to all be ok and they all worked together. Pick up and drop off from Hanoi was smooth and right at the door of our Hanoi old quarter hotel. We were picked up on time at 7:30am and got back to our hotel about 7pm. Bus was comfortable, although no wifi, water not offered round, and not all seats had working chargers. Tour included a few stops on the drive for photos and a two hour cycle ride including a weaving experience and stop for view and cafe (no pressure to get anything). There was no pressure to tip or review at any point which is always good for having a comfortable trip as a tourist. Lunch was included and was a very varied buffet. My peanut allergy was accommodated well. The bikes were a little bit worn but staff did help us select the best bike and pumped up flat tyres for us. No helmets on the cycle and some busy/bumpy roads so make sure you are a confident cyclist, but the pace was good and just a basic level of fitness needed. Staff and locals were all very pleasant throughout if a little quiet at times. Price was exceptionally cheap and excellent value to see more of the countryside and have a quiet tour away from all the crowds. This trip was able to go ahead on 24th July 2025 when our Ha Giang loop was cancelled over the same period due to the typhoon weather. Tour company kept us updated over WhatsApp well regarding if tour was happening due to the weather. I would definitely recommend this tour for those on a budget who would like to see the countryside and go somewhere more relaxing and less touristy. Although there are fewer reviews for this day trip, the company has lots of reviews and we had a really enjoyable day so I would encourage you to go for this tour, especially given the price!
