If you want to experience the real Morocco
There are a few operators out there that service tours in Morocco and I didn't know where to start and we preferred to book directly with a company than a 3rd party. After much research and reading so many positive reviews on trip advisor, we decided on Moroccan Madness. We are soooooo glad that we did. Our trip to Morocco was excellent because of the co-ordinators, Youseff and Nicola, and all supporting staff, drivers and guides. We did change the tour to reverse and they were able to assist us to tailor to our needs as well as maneuver around a holy festival that lasts a few days and businesses close. They still managed to ensure that we did not miss out on any experiences in the programme . Nothing was a problem for them at all. I don't think we would have had so many experiences, both touristy and cultural, with other companies because Morocco Madness have a true passion for their clients to experience the true Morocco. They chose the perfect, comfortable and most beautiful accommodation stays for us. Even the staff at the accommodation were so helpful providing us with important information, tips and made us feel so welcome. We have a complex diet but they were able to assist us to ensure that we still enjoyed the tastes of Morocco with adjustments of course. From the day we started corresponding with them, we felt assured that this company will look after our needs and it was sooo true. From the time of arrival at Marrakesh airport to the last day of our tour in Casablanca. They went beyond their requirements especially assisting us to book train tickets from Casablana to Tangier as we were having trouble booking those ourselves. Our driver, Hakim, was amazing. He was so funny and friendly. It was like family from day dot and we were brothers and sister instantly. We did not feel like tourists at all. We travelled in a van which was most comfortable and clean, especially for some of the long drives in this tour. Sometimes it is the little things that stand out and very memorable. We had a bit of a drive on some days but when we wanted a coffee break, Hakim would find one for us. We especially like the traditional road side ones. When you least expect it, there was a coffee stop by the roadside. A coffee machine in the back of a car or van. We were made so welcome by the owner and the coffee was amazing and so cheap. Better than any cafe one. In a nutshell, we absolutely loved our tour with Moroccan Madness. So may experiences that were amazing and strange at times, so many laughs, lots of van naps, delicous food and coffee!!, and the scenery, wow. never the same and magnificent. These memories will be forever in our hearts. We hope we are able to return one day to experience other places to see in Morocco and would definitely not book with any other than Morocco Madness. Thank you so much Youseff, Nicola and Hakim.

Trip of a Lifetime
This trip was truly a once in a lifetime experience. Youssef is a true local who knows exactly where and how to get the best authentic experience of Morocco. As he says some people know Marrakech but after this tour we know Morocco.

Amazing trip with the BEST guide!
I can’t say enough about this tour, and especially our guide, Youssef! He promised us the trip of a lifetime, and he delivered! Of course we saw all of the beautiful places and sights that you associate with Morocco, and that was a dream come true. But the thing that made this trip different was the fact that we got to interact with some of the local people, learn about their lives and culture, and experience things that you would never have access to on a typical tourist trip. This was made possible by the deep connections Youssef has all across the region, relationships that are obviously respectful and loving. Through Youssef we got to meet nomads, Berbers, merchants, local families … we had the opportunity to understand the world we were visiting, not just observe it from a distance. It was truly a lovely and unique experience. And we were completely taken care of the whole time. The team went above and beyond for us, helping us retrieve passports we left in a hotel safe, and even helping us get back an ATM card that got stuck in a machine after hours! Again, I can not speak their praises highly enough! Along the way, we were pleased with the accommodations, food, pace, and activities. We had a great group of travelers and good vibes throughout! All in all a really wonderful experience. Definitely recommend!! If you travel with Youssef and team, you will have an unbelievable time- indeed, the trip of a lifetime!

Moroccan madness!!
This was truly an unforgettable experience. The trip was packed with so much culture, food, and experiences that felt one of a kind. It was a great amount of time where I felt like I got a great taste of Morocco and definitely had me feeling like I could stay and explore for longer. However I still felt like I got to see so much and it truly filled my bucket. The tour guides were all great, we met different guides throughout the trip and I thought this was very valuable to meet new people and hear about their lives and traditions. It was a wonderful get-away that I would recommend 100 times over.

Get to know Morocco beyond the sand dunes and medinas!
The depth and width of the experience were impressive for such a short amount of time. Youssef, our guide, made the flow seamless and joyful, even getting up at 4am to ride across the Atlas Mountains to the next destination was embraced. I can write a book about the adventure but to sum it up: GO, Experience it with Youssef! This is his soul, his land, his people, and they all respect, trust and love him, and so did everyone on our tour by the end.

Incredible Morocco Tour with an Exceptional Guide
I travelled to Morocco as a solo traveller and met an incredible group, led by our tour guide, Youssef, who quickly became so much more than just a guide. From the very beginning, he made everyone feel welcome, safe, and genuinely cared for, turning a group of strangers into something that felt like family. His love for his country was contagious, and through his stories, guidance, and the people he introduced us to along the way, Morocco felt alive and personal rather than just a place we were visiting. Youssef was always present, always patient, and always willing to help, no matter the situation. His warmth, enthusiasm, and constant support added so much depth and meaning to the experience that it became far more than a holiday — it was something truly special.

Amazing
This was my first time traveling to Africa. Morocco exceeded my expectations, what a great mix of tradition and modern, friendly, hospitable people, incredible places, flavorful dishes, beautiful music. Sahara remains the highlight of my trip. I have to thank our amazing guide, Youssef. He made us feel safe and cared for, our questions were always addressed promptly - not to mention his kindness and sense of humor. And dance moves, I might add :)

Moroccan Madness
What a fabulous tour ! Starting in Marrakesh we stayed in a traditional Riad overnight & visited the Medina for some shopping. We drove to Fes spending two days exploring with a very knowledgable guide who told us about the history of the City.
The most amazing Riad Norma was beautifully decorated, friendly and the breakfast was delicious. After the best sleep ever we continued on our trip with our professional, and friendly Tour guide.
We had a wonderful meal at Scorpion House in Moulay Idriss sat up in the mountains eating traditional delicious Morrocco cuisine.
We visited a Roman ruin and a Waterfall in the Rif Mountains in Akchour and had great fun along the way.
Onwards to Tangier & Casablanca where we visited the Medinas bought lots of leather , pottery , Jewellery and clothes .
I would highly recommend Moroccan Madness for a relaxing and educational trip tailored to our needs in every way.

Moroccan Madness
We had a wonderful family holiday experiencing the sights and sounds of the major cities in Morocco. The historical information provided was informative and interesting. It was fascinating to experience the culture and beautiful landscapes of Morocco. We tasted a variety of delicious Moroccan food on our trip including Scorpion House in Moulay Idriss. It was great fun shopping in the medinas, being offered Moroccan mint tea and haggling over our purchases. Expert guides everywhere we went, particularly Fes in the largest and oldest medina in the world and a university founded by a woman! Our tour manager made the whole trip amazing, ensuring we had great fun and as a group of women appreciated having a female guide, always feeling safe and supported. I would highly recommend Moroccan Madness for a great trip, catering to your every need
