Our experience with Sebastian’s Unique Tours was absolutely exceptional and easily one of the highlights of our time in Costa Rica. We booked two completely private experiences, and from beginning to end, the level of personalization, knowledge, and attention to detail was outstanding. Our first day took us deep into the incredible Costa Rican rainforest, where we saw poison dart frogs, sloths, and an extraordinary variety of wildlife. It was exactly the kind of authentic experience we had hoped for—immersive, unhurried, and far removed from the feeling of a typical commercial group tour. Our guide, Manuel, deserves the highest possible praise. He was the consummate professional: incredibly knowledgeable, personable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about Costa Rica, its wildlife, and its culture. His ability to spot animals we never would have noticed on our own was remarkable, and he took the time to explain what we were seeing rather than simply moving us from one stop to the next. Manuel made the experience feel less like a tour and more like exploring Costa Rica with an exceptionally knowledgeable friend. He truly made our time unforgettable. On our second day, we did a private crocodile-spotting experience, which was equally impressive. Seeing these incredible animals in their natural environment was something we will remember for years to come. Once again, everything was handled professionally and seamlessly, allowing us to simply enjoy the experience. What also sets Sebastian’s Unique Tours apart is everything surrounding the excursions themselves. The authentic Costa Rican lunches were fantastic and gave us an opportunity to experience the country beyond its scenery and wildlife. The coffee and chocolate experiences were fascinating, delicious, and incredibly well done. These thoughtful additions transformed the days from simple sightseeing tours into genuine experiences of Costa Rican nature, food, culture, and daily life. For private tours of this caliber, we also felt the pricing represented a fair value being picked up by private van at the ritz on the papagayo. The ability to explore at our own pace, ask questions, spend additional time on the things that interested us, and have such personalized attention was worth every penny. I have traveled extensively and have taken private tours in many places around the world, and Sebastian’s Unique Tours stands among the very best experiences I have had. The professionalism, authenticity, organization, and quality of the experiences were exceptional. Most importantly, Manuel made these two days something we will never forget. We had an amazing day with Sebastian on the Palo Verde Boat Safari. The wildlife and river life was exceptional. We stopped for lunch at a local restaurant, great atmosphere and food. A special treat for us was that Sebastian brought his sweet daughter. We were one family for a few hours. Very special. Thank you!

Unique tour?! Totally understated!! Sebastian not only took us the see the amazing rain forest, but surrounded us with his friends, the very best people to give us a once in a lifetime experience! Communication with Sebastian was great! He gave us all the details we needed and answered all our questions every time we reached out to him. The private tour we booked was extra special because we didn’t have to deal with any crowds and had our own private transportation. Sebastian had Manuel do the tour for us and he was extremely knowledgeable about the area and everything we did that day. We really enjoyed our day!

Great time doing the ATV tour and Rainforest tour. Had the chance to see monkeys, rainfalls, and come very close to a baby sloth. The local food that was included with our Rainforest tour was the best food we had in Costa Rica! Manuel was our driver to and from the airport and he was great!

My tour with Sebastian was absolutely amazing!! His attention to detail is fantastic!!! While he drove me to my excursion he explained the culture of Costa Rica and he stopped and showed me Cashew trees and sugar cane fields. Once we arrived at the excursion, he was with me taking pics and videos!!! I have so many pics and videos which adds to the total experience!! He treated me like family. My time spent with Sebastian was well spent. Needless to say, I will be rebooting with Sebastian again. Pura Vida my friend!!👍🏾🖐🏾

First time in Costa Rica and thank Goodness we found Sebastian!! Not only were the tours great and personalized to our needs but him and his group always on time, I felt safe, and prices were unbeatable for everything they offered! We rented a golf cart also for the week we were there, definitely would suggest getting one to get around. Sebastian was really friendly and definitely someone you can count on and trust. Manuel took our group of moms and daughters on a fun-filled day learning about Costa Rican coffee, cocoa farms and the rain forest. We laughed a lot, learned a bit and thoroughly enjoyed the time exploring the beauty of Costa Rica. We even did car karaoke on the way home!! If you are looking for a customized experience. We highly recommend.
