Magic Dolphin Celebrity offers, upmarket dolphin and whale watching. Boat is unique, beautiful classic catamaran. Has so much space inside and outside. Limited to 18 couples max aboard, so everyone can enjoy the view without a crow and feel real celebrity. Please note, July and Aug our 9am trip is only 2.5hours and may not have time for swimming stop. This will be only for wild life watching. For those want to have dip into ocean trips departing 12noon and 15.30pm has a 20min swimming break. Please choice the correct departure.

Magic Dolphin Celebrity is a unique sailing catamaran. Offers so much space for each guest. Limited just 35 people aboard. Please note in July and August we have daily departures. 9am departure does not stop for swimming break. Please choose correct departure if you like to swim! Less passengers for better experience. You can feel like a real celebrity. Our professional team will be looking out for Whales and Dolphins. When we find them, our guides will give you all the information you need to know about these wonderful creatures. You have your personnel guides, no que, no crowd.. Total relaxation, what you deserve for your holiday. Summer months, we will stop in Gabo Girao for a dip into Atlantic Ocean. Please note July and Aug our 9am trip is only 2.5hours. We may not have enough time to stop for swim. On your way back, you can sit back and relax, enjoy the views of beautiful bays of Funchal and the view to famous Reid s Hotel, where Sir. Winston Churchill stayed once.

excellent trip , be mindful to read small print as no snorkelling on 9am trip. We saw flying fish and a whole pod of dolphins, sadly no whales, but greta boat, great staff and worth money.

A bit chaotic at the check in booth but we managed ok, others not so much from what we saw. On board was good, crew friendly, helpful and watchful over some of the youngsters on board. Box ticked for dolphins. Box ticked for swim also. Prices on board were reasonable but meant to ask about the welcoming drink which never happened. Overall, good three hours of relaxation.
Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We are in high season and check in around 200 people at the same time, but everything stays under control and all vessels depart on time. Regarding the welcome drink, it is not included on your ticket. We do have a good bar service aboard. We hope to see you again.
Nice experience, we saw a pod of dolphins, unfortunately not the whales... Spacious catamaran, very professional crew. Duration about 3 hours, we followed the coast until we saw Punta San Lorenzo and on the return a stop for a swim. Overall a nice experience, I believe that the encounter with the dolphins is practically certain. Recommended

Chose Magic Dolphin Celebrity as it has max 25 people. Definitely worth the extra few euros. We reclined on mats and cushions at the front of the catamaran and had a fabulous ride. A large pod of dolphins swam alongside us for a while which was lovely! No other sightings but an interesting tour of the southern coastline and cliffs from the sea.
We had an amazing experience with Magic Dolphin on the Celebrity Catamaran. Everything was perfectly organised from start to finish. The crew was professional, friendly, and made everyone feel welcome and safe throughout the trip. Their knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable. The highlight of the tour was an incredible pod of dolphins swimming, jumping, and playing all around the catamaran. It was truly an unforgettable sight for both our children and us. Watching them so close in their natural habitat was simply magical. Although we didn’t see any whales, that’s nature, and you can’t expect wildlife to appear on demand. Seeing so many dolphins more than made up for it. Some members of our family usually suffer from seasickness, but thanks to the stability of the catamaran and the calm, well-managed trip, they didn’t experience any symptoms at all. The opportunity to swim from the boat was also a fantastic bonus and made the whole experience even more memorable. We highly recommend Magic Dolphin to anyone visiting Madeira. It was one of the highlights of our holiday and definitely deserves five stars!
Superb experience. Very comfortable boat in a small group. Adorable staff. We were able to see dolphins twice, our 18-month-old was delighted and so were we!
All in all it was a good trip. We booked the celebrity boat as there are less people which was really nice as people do rush to the edge to see the whales/dolphins, so it was less crowded for that. With this booking we should’ve received a welcome drink but we did not. Also be careful about the time you book as the 9am booking does not include the sea swim! The staff were friendly and the boat was nice, we saw a the spouting of a whale and some dolphins.
Amazing trip. Very professional and nice staff. Good atmosphere on the boat. The boat is clean and very spacy. We were so lucky seeing a breaching whale and a big pod of dolphins. Special thanks to the captain guilherme and the 2 wonderful guides: ricardo and filipe Most recommended 🙏🏻🌺
