Andre rocks!
Andre was phenomenal! His laid back but professional attitude was perfect for our tour of history and food.
It was lovely to be toured about Madrid and shown some great ‘little holes in the wall’- an American saying regarding excellent earring stops w character! My favorite tapa was the crazy mushroom - championed con chorizo!! I will definitely be trying to prepare the treats when I return! The pairings w the wine, cider and Vino (?) verano were well thought out and brought out the tastes esp the Gambia’s- garlic shrimp!!!

Fantastic! Ella did an amazing job and was so knowledgeable about the food and history and culture of Madrid, but also the rest of Spain and how the tour brought bits of history and geography together with the whole experience. I couldn’t recommend this experience more!
