Excellent tour, no Prado
Anna was an excellent tour guide, taking us on a 1hr very interesting walking tour of central Madrid talking about the highlights, then 2 hours on the coach to see the wider area. The only thing that marred it was the fact the company had stopped doing the included advertised Prado Museum ticket, which we assumed would have dropped us at the Prado too, and which no one had advised us about. We had to make our own way on the Metro (which was easy). We're looking forward to a refund.

Beautiful Madrid
We did a tour if Madrid with Julia Tours. Our guide for the city tour which was part walking part bus was Gigi. Gigi is a young lady who obviously loves showing visitors Madrid. The first part walking was through the old city. Lots of beautiful buildings and interesting stories. Many of the places we passed though on foot could easily be overlooked. The coach part enabled us to see even more of the beautiful city. Gigi is a credit to her company and to Madrid great and very interesting tour, took just under 3hrs, comfy footwear essential.
