Very interesting, long enough and with a very well-read guide. After seeing much of the city, this gave completely new insights. Highly recommend.
We visited many of the guide's secret spots, and the experience got me deeply fascinated by street art. The tour took about 2 hours, but it was fun. It felt just like walking and chatting down the street with a friend. The vibe was chill. Highly recommended!
Overall this for me was fantastic value for money with an amazing guide, an experience which you couldn’t have if you just walked around on your own. Our guide, Columbe, was punctual, very knowledgeable, and very friendly, a brilliant experience, which I would highly recommend. As an artist it was superb being shown a variety of different works and given the story behind them. She helped us to understand a lot of the art and also about the area which we visited also. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with an interest in art and would definitely book further street art walking trails in some of the other districts in Madrid.
Great experience! Roberto was our guide and was so fun and informative. It felt like we had a friend in Madrid giving us a tour of his neighborhood. We saw some great art and learned a lot of local culture and history.
I used to feel like I had never been to Madrid. But now I definitely feel like I have been to Madrid. This tour is the coolest thing you could do in this city. Even better than seeing the football stadium. Expert guides and a downright good time. Highly recommended.
I wanted to share my wonderful experience on the Street Art tour I took. As I was the only registered participant, I truly appreciated you offering me the option to proceed with the tour for a small additional fee rather than canceling. Given my short stay in Madrid, I eagerly accepted, and I'm so glad I did. The tour with Roberto was absolutely amazing. His extensive knowledge of street art, combined with our shared passion for the art form, allowed us to deeply engage with the pieces we encountered. It was fascinating to discuss and compare our observations. I learned a great deal about local artists and, more importantly, gained valuable insight into how the Lavapies community actively supports and fosters artistic expression. We even had the exciting experience of discovering new art pieces together that were new to him as well. Thank you for this exceptional and personalized experience.
Wonderful tour for street art fans and lovers of this authentic style that is part of life in big cities. The guide is very knowledgeable about the subject and this tour was very enjoyable, full of surprises and inspirations.
Madrid is a city full of incredible attractions, but if you’re looking for something different and authentic, this urban art tour is highly recommended! The city has a vibrant street art scene, and the tour guide Colombe does an exceptional job showcasing murals, graffiti, and artistic interventions with fascinating stories and context. The tour is perfect for urban art lovers as well as curious travelers who want to explore Madrid beyond the traditional tourist spots. Besides being very knowledgeable, Colombe shares a true passion for the subject, making the experience even more engaging. If you want to discover an alternative side of the city, this tour is a must!
Roberto was a fantastic guide! The tour included not only many examples of public murals, but also a visit to a gallery for emerging artists. So cool! Roberto was knowledgable about the history and politics of this dynamic art form. We saw very new murals and some that had been up for many years. This a tour not to be missed! This tour is so good, I’d do it again next time I’m in Madrid.
What an awesome experience - insightful, engaging, thought provoking... I highly recommend this tour, not only for the street art and the culture behind it but also to get to know a very special neighborhood, away from the masses. Thank you Luke!
