Nice tour and tour guide but no tapas
The tour guide was lovely and knowledgable and I would recommend the tour, however, the tour was advertised as including a tapas tasting, but there was no tapas.

None…the guide wasn’t very good, the guide wasn’t inspirational, the weather was poring rain and the park itself rather boring

Wine and tapas were not included in the tour time.
The guide was extremely knowledgeable about the park but in the description of the tour wine and tapas were included. The wine and tapas were not included during the tour but rather you must go to a different location and show your ticket to get the wine and tapas after the tour was completed.

Best and Most Informative Tour of Madrid
I had such an amazing day with Irene. She was so knowledgeable about the history of Spain and was so patient with me keeping up. She made me want to stay and study the Spanish History. It was indeed rewarding and refreshing for there were so many fascinating true stories she told. I give this tour 2 thumps up! A definite must do when visiting Spain! Thanks again for all my awesome pictures you took for me!

Scam???- No guide showed up at designated location -twice
We went to the designated location at the designated time (we were there early and stayed for 20 minutes after the time) and nobody showed up. We were eventually able to reach the agency. The person said to just go into the cafe and order some tapas. We already had happened to talk to the person at that address and they knew nothing about tours . We were also told to go later in the day to meet someone at a different location for a similar tour, and again, there were no guides to be found. We definitely need a refund.
