Description

Connecting with the natural surroundings following a river as you walk, rappel, slide and jump through hidden waterfalls with streams that cross endemic forests. A super fun and adventurous day. On breathtaking tours through the crystal clear waters of Madeira's numerous rivers, you can explore the pristine and unspoilt interior of the island. After a safety briefing and an overview of your canyoning excursion, you will make a short descent into the canyon with your friendly and experienced guide. Using a rope system and harness, you will rappel, trek, scramble, jump and slide your way through the refreshing waters of the canyon. Challenge yourself and get out of your comfort zone under the supervision of our experienced and friendly guides.

The entire day was incredible! Our instructors Pedro and gustaff were hilarious and always made sure we were safe! The experience was fun anyway but they made it 10 times better!
Pedro and gusta did an amazing job. It was a great experience every single step of the way. From the laughs on the van, to comfort as we did the canyoning. Additionally, it was an amazing experience, I encourage anyone traveling to book this excursion.

Everything is provided, you need to be sure footed and comfortable scrambling on wet rocks. Guides will bring your bags to the finish point, so pack your wallet so you can enjoy a nice poncha at the end.
