Machu Picchu Full Day Tour from Cusco with Train & Entrance

We appreciate all the service provided!! Super attentive at all times, and willing to help us. The only thing I recommend is to do the tours separately, as we were rushing at each place due to the long distances. To enjoy better, do one day in the Sacred Valley and another day separately stay in Aguas Calientes and visit Machu Picchu. But the rest was spectacular.

I actually found the company through social media since from my country, with the offers and taxes, it was impossible to travel. I communicated with one of their salespeople (Nohemí), proposed my idea, and she arranged everything; nothing was left to do. She sent me the proposal, and I accepted it without knowing her, transferring 50% of my trip through Western Union. From day one when I arrived in Lima until the last day in Puno, I had to do nothing. The day before, they notified me of the schedule and the activities for the next day. Truly excellent work; it was worth every penny spent. The company is highly recommended.

Everything was great, the only thing we would have liked is for the guide to explain us more about the history of Machu Picchu and to take good pictures. Otherwise, the agency did not give all tickets on time, train reservations and very well organized transportation. the Hotel Pucara we liked, very clean and pleasant.

The experience was very good, the organization of the agency was excellent, we were able to arrive on time and comfortably to take the train, then to get on Machu Picchu we could also do the whole process without difficulties, the guide was very attentive to the group, the return, despite the delay in the train due to technical problems was also very comfortable, thanks in part to the fact that the driver of the journey Ollantaytambo-Cusco waited for us for more than 2 hours, in general the experience was very good!
