I go to Arnold (Rosetta hotel) every time I go to Sharm. The professionalism of the staff is superlative; when you leave, after the massage, you immediately think, when do I have to come back? This is because you come out reborn. I organize myself based on the days I stay in Sharm, even several days in a row; you can talk to the guys at the reception, they will make themselves available to make you feel at ease. New and beautiful facility, there is also a gym and a hairdresser. If you go to Sharm, go to the Arnold Spa, near the Rosetta hotel, you won't regret it. Quality/price ratio, excellent, compared to others, even in various hotels. Try Arnold and then you will tell me.

I booked the Royal Arnold treatment at the Royal Arnold branch Rosetta Hotel in Sharm, and from start to finish, the service was amazing. Booking via WhatsApp was so easy, and they took the time to explain each treatment package in detail, which I really appreciated. The prices were also very affordable for everything included. The experience itself? Absolutely incredible. The two ladies who treated me (I’m so sorry I can’t spell their names!) had magic hands – so gentle, kind, and professional throughout. Every step of the treatment was perfect – from the steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi to the body scrub, face scrub, foam massage, and then a full 60-minute oil massage. It was the ultimate relaxation experience. By the end, I was completely at ease… I actually fell asleep! 😌 The whole atmosphere was peaceful and calming, and the facilities were fantastic. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend – I would definitely go back again!

The spa rooms are nice and clean. Staff is respectful and professional. Well trained with massages. The two ladies that worked on my husband and I were awesome. !

From start to finish, we felt very looked after. We were picked up in a modern car at the time we arranged with Arnold spa and taken to the Spa reception. A few minutes after being given some fruit juice, we were introduced to the two ladies who were looking after us. They guided us from the sauna to the steam, then jacuzzi where they gave us some tea. After this we were taken in to the treatment room and given a full body scrub, foam massage and 2 face masks. After relaxing for a few minutes we were rinsed with hot water and led to the massage room, where nice calming music was playing. I was given a deep tissue massage and the lady worked hard on the tension and knots in my muscles, while my girlfriend received a nice relaxing massage. They even used hot stones, which was not part of the package. Nothing was rushed and we received the treatments we asked for. I can’t stress enough that the establishment is beautiful and the staff are amazing. We will definitely be back, it was worth every penny and we tipped the ladies for their service. We were offered a lift back to our hotel, but decided to take a slow walk back.

Had a Balinese massage. Staff was very friendly. Very much worth the cost.
