Dear Griselle, Thank you for taking the time to share what happened with us. We’re truly sorry for the frustration this situation has caused, both from the cancellation of your experience and the delay in receiving your refund and a response from us. Since your reservation was booked and paid through Viator, the refund is processed by them back to your original payment method. From our side, we requested and approved a full refund on August 9, the same day the excursion was cancelled. We completely understand your concern given the time that has passed. We have followed up with Viator again to check the status of your refund and have asked them to review it as soon as possible. We’ll continue following up from our side until we receive an update and make sure this situation is resolved. Please accept our sincere apologies again for the inconvenience.
