Best Host in Roatan
Wow wow wow wow!! We booked our trip with Custom Roatan adventures and it was the best thing we did. The service, treatment and attention was top tier!! Gracias por todo Marvin and Wandy.

Custom Roatan Adventures...
Custom Roatan Adventures is who we ended up with and they were a really sweet family owned company! Easy instructions to meet them right outside the port, the mom (driver) brought us to st simon beach club took care of checking us in and waited there the whole time until we were ready to leave. The beach and property was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The food wasn’t great tbh but you can go elsewhere for food. the ambiance was 10000% though and was not too crowded at all. If you’re looking for a relaxing beach day in Roatan at a cheaper rate than through the cruise lines I would highly recommend this! Pls just beware to leave with plenty of time to get back to the ship if you’re docked at coxen hole, the traffic to get back is a one lane street and you will be waiting forever we had to get out and walk so we didn’t miss the ship (not this excursions fault, literally anyone in this port will be in the same situation)

Great beach day with family!
Fantastic experience with this family run business. They communicate through text or WhatsApp days before you book. They pick you up and drop you off right at the cruise port. The beach is one of the nicest beaches we’ve visited. The facilities are clean and very nice. Lunch was extra and very good portions. We had a great time on west bay beach!

Roatan day trip!
Wonderful experience! Marvin was our Guide and he was easy to find. Took us to the beach club and waited around while we enjoyed some lounging/water time. Afterward he asked if we wanted to grab some lunch and we asked for some local and authentic food. Took us to an amazing place where we ate Jerk Chicken, rice/beans and plantains. We insisted he have lunch with us. If we ever go back, we would want Marvin as our Guide again! Thanks for the great adventure!

Best time in Honduras
Marvin was amazing. He was knowledgeable and told us alot about his home island. The beach was great and he showed us a fun spot where fish swim up to you. He took extra time to share an amazing lunch spot and rum cake shop. It was an amazing day.

Snorkel in West Bay
We took a 2 stop snorkel today off of West Bay. It was all we were promised and more. Omarion our guide stayed with us and got us through the reef. It was much appreciated, he was knowledgeable and helpful through out the trip. The price was very reasonable . Highly recommended as a guide to good snorkeling spots!

Awesome beach day. Highly reccomend!!!!
Absolutely fantastic. Our guide was Marvin (aka M&M) and he was excellent. We had 17 in our group and Marvin was able to get a bus that could fit all of us so that we didn't have to split up into different vehicles. We opted to only do the beach and not add any other options, but if we go back we will definitely add some stops. We did rent jet skis at that beach and Marvin set that up for us. No hassles and kids loved it. We arrived pretty early and I think we were the first ones on the beach at this resort. More people came later, but was not overcrowded at all. We spent several hours at the beach, and still had time to shop afterward. On the way back we stopped at a shop where we picked up some souvenirs and took some pictures. It was worth every penny. I would highly recommend this tip. Just message your guide ahead of time to customize your trip. Excellent communication! Thank you for a wonderful day, Marvin!

Paradise
Beautiful property. The water was stunning and the beach was clean and almost white. Just like a picture postcard. We did have to pay $5 for an umbrella but that was worth it. The staff were friendly and efficient. We did not have food included in our package. We purchased some nachos to snack on. They were delicious. Our driver was lovely! It felt good knowing we had someone to pick us up. Will definitely go back.

Great service! Junior was a great guide and made sure we got back to the ship on time! He made this excursion totally worth it. The beach was amazing! Highly recommend.
