Overall, this was a truly great experience! A massive thank you to Mr. Fadil, who was incredibly helpful and genuinely went above and beyond to support us. He truly did his absolute best to ensure our experience was as enjoyable as it could possibly be, and his dedication really stood out. However, a strict word of caution to future bookers: you must make sure that your pick-up point is within their designated zone. If it isn't, you will be charged a stupidly expensive rate to be picked up, and unfortunately, you will absolutely not get any support or understanding from the activity provider regarding this issue. Despite the frustrating administrative side with the provider, the experience itself and Mr. Fadil's hard work were fantastic.

I rarely leave negative reviews for anyone, but I feel obligated to warn other travelers. I booked this expecting a luxury experience as advertised, but it was one of the most disappointing tours I’ve taken Ever! We paid over $111 USD (after using ~$38 in Viator credits, so $149) and were then required to pay an additional €25 on arrival to add Quads which ok fine. After comparing similar tours, I found we paid significantly more for no added value. Key issues: • Pickup around 3:40 PM with a long drive and no restroom opportunity beforehand, plus no guidance on what to expect • Minimal instructions on what to bring or how the day would unfold • Long, disorganized waiting periods between activities • No actual “luxury” element despite the marketing. Drove past numerous other same experiences with actual facilities • No proper restroom facilities were available, forcing me to relieve myself outside beside a the makeshift building- unacceptable for a “premium” tour Overall, the experience did not match the description or price. I would have booked a much cheaper alternative had I known! Afterward, I contacted Viator about these discrepancies, but my concerns were dismissed. As a long-time user who has recommended the platform to others, I found this extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend this tour and will be reconsidering future bookings with Viator. There are many similar tours available at lower prices through other tour service providers that likely offer a better experience!!

Beautiful experience I recommend it!! We left from Hotel Tazi and headed to Agafay the trip took 50 minutes more or less, the driver Soufiane was very kind and helpful, we took a camel ride and on the qad, after we drank a mint tea overlooking the pool, and later we participated in the fire show and then the buffet dinner, and to finish cookies and tea. I recommend the experience!!

Great experience, good communication beforehand on when and where we would be picked up. It’s a bit of a drive to agafay but we stopped at a women’s cooperative on the way.
Tour operator informed us the day before the tour that in order to pick us up at our hotel they would charge us an additional 30 Euros. This was despite the fact that we provided our pick location at the time of the booking and that hotel pickup was supposed to be included in this “luxury” tour. After pickup at our hotel and we paid the $40 usd to the driver because we had no euros, they spent the next 1.5 hours picking up 14 other people in locations all over the very busy city of Marrakech. That is, we spent 1.5 hours before we even left for the tour location about an hour plus away from the last pick up. The Sprinter van was packed with every seat full and very little leg room. Hardly luxurious! And moreover, all of the tours go to the same location in the desert so save your money and book a cheaper tour because you are going to have the exact same experience either way. Then another 2.5 hours back to our hotel after again dropping off 14 people at multiple locations around Marrakech. So spent at least 5 hours of an 8 hour tour in a crowded, uncomfortable van. I recommend booking a private tour straight to AgaFay which will cut at least 3 hours off of the tour time.

We offered you two clear options: * Join the group at our **central meeting point in the Medina**, free of charge. * Or, opt for **door-to-door pickup and drop-off** for a **total supplement of €30**. You chose the latter, and we arranged for a driver to collect you directly from your accommodation accordingly. 2. **Shared Transportation:** Your booking was for a **shared group tour**, not a private one. Shared tours involve picking up and dropping off multiple guests at various locations, which is a standard part of the experience. We strive to manage these logistics efficiently, but given Marrakech’s traffic and wide coverage area, some travel time is unavoidable. 3. **Luxury Tour Description:** The term **"luxury"** in our tour refers specifically to the **desert camp experience**, including features like a **swimming pool** and **enhanced amenities at the site**. This does **not** imply private or luxury transportation unless explicitly booked. We apologize if there was any confusion in interpreting this part of the tour description. We understand that travel time can feel long, especially in shared arrangements, and we're continuously working to optimize routes and improve comfort. We both really enjoyed the trip, loved the camels and quad bikes the three guides were friendly and helpful We both had a swim in the pool with its lovely setting and the food with dinner show was tasty and the fire eater was excellent Overall a great experience and would highly recommend
My friend and I booked this tip for our last night in Marrakech. Our guide was Abdellah and he was amazing. Our Riad wasn't accessible by car so he sent us a pick up location which was very easy to find. He was on time and was a smooth driver which was plus for me! :) He was so thorough where even our music to and from the location matched the scenery. We felt safe the whole trip and had a blast quad biking too! You will definitely get your moneys worth and more with this trip! Book with Abdellah if you can! He's great!
