There are many workshops so I hope for a fun experience and that was this; a recommendation. Not just because of making the pasta. Good explanation in English, different family members ran around to help including grandma who with a few tricks brought the dough to the right texture. The sauce was made live and then eaten at a long table with water and wine, different focaccia varieties, burrata with cold cuts, the pasta, cookies, and espresso were all delicious.
Great time spent with the whole team, warm, friendly, and authentic. Special mention to Sylvia who shares her knowledge with a lot of enthusiasm and seriousness!
Excellently organized and the workshop was AMAZING in one word!! Super lovely people and so fun to make pasta yourself with good explanation and coziness in a beautiful masseria!
Group of 50 people, 3 people are teaching. Very nice place and people. You can buy thier produkty - orecchiette, wine, olive oil.
Amazing experience, right from the very start. The staff were incredibly polite, patient and explained everything in great detail. Their English was brilliant too. Really enjoyed the day and is thoroughly worth the money!
Really well organised in a beautiful Masseria (outdoors under a canopy). Loved making the pasta and eating it afterwards with some local wine.
We had a great deal of fun making the pasta. Although it was a big group it worked really well and the team running it used their knowledge and experience well. We learnt a great deal about how to make pasta and also how not to make pasta! The setting was really lovely, the food was fun to make and good to eat. Highly recommended
It was an amazing experience. We started by mixing 2 ingredients to make the dough for pasta. The process to get the dough perfect was difficult for me but with the assistance of the class leaders I got it done. The next step we witnessed how to make Pomodoro sauce. The final step was to make the Orecchiettes. It was time to sit and eat and boy did we eat. The foods served were all local. We sampled local olive oil drenched on casa bread, tomato focaccia bread, buffalo cheese, Capicola, wine and finally the orecchiettes with the pomodoro sauce. Everything was delicious and the conversations were great. We met people from Germany, Greece and Holland. At the end we spoke with a farm house family member Francisco and got a small tour of the hotel area. This was an amazing experience with beautiful surroundings.
A fabulous experience, and well worth the it! The instruction was great and fun.
