I booked a private...
I booked a private transfer. I arrived and was told my vehicle would be there shortly. I had to wait over 30 minutes.

Hilton La Pacifica
Transportation was good! Our private transportation was cool with the AC on full blast. Our driver was very nice and got us to our hotel in good time taking the express route.

Cabo airport transportation
Very easy to find at the airport. Super friendly, we dealt with Ricardo at thr Airport, and arranged our return pick up with Ricardo Ortega at the hotel. Both gentlemen where great!

I go to Baja every year with my Meaningful Trips group of 10 and we always need private van transport to/from SJD Airport and La Paz. For me, going with a company I trust is of paramount importance, and that's why I choose Grayline Los Cabos. Kuddos to the entire team led by manager Alex Lasquetty, and a special shout out to Mr.. Raul Rubio for redefining what it is to deliver exceptional customer service. PS... get to Baja Mexico... it is truly one of the most beautiful places on the planet.

Gray Line Transportation Nightmare
SCAM!!! Do not book with Gray Line Transportation!! We purchased the round trip airport to hotel transportation. I saw the below copy in the voucher and started calling them on Tuesday and they NEVER called me back. When I called Gray Line they did not say anything about having to call in the first 24 hrs. nor is it in the receipt they emailed me. Do not book and Expedia should not recommend.

Reliable and Friendly
The representatives at the airport were very helpful. The company is also very responsive via email. We had to wait about 10 minutes at the airport for our shuttle to arrive, but our driver was very friendly and had beers and water ready. It was also helpful that there was a Gray Line representative at our hotel - made coordinating the return transportation very easy.

Credit card theft happened
I used them before having booked through Expedia and it was fine. This time I booked directly with Gray Line online. You should know that immediately after I made my reservation with Gray Line on the internet, the credit card I used was stolen. Over $4000 US was spent in Mexico (before I arrived) to purchase items from Imacop Tours, Hoteles Guadalajara Jalisco, Cinepolis Del Mar, and Advanced Bionutritionals. I can only assume it was a Gray Line employee who used my credit card information since I booked directly with Gray Line and the theft started immediately. My apologies if I am wrong, but I can’t risk not sharing the info with others. I did email them directly and hopefully they will look into it on their end.
And to top it off, they were 20 minutes late picking us up at the hotel for our return trip to the airport. Not very comforting when you have a plane to catch.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - Almost missed our flight back because they failed to show up
After choosing this service with the vacation package, the company itself failed to show up for hotel to airport pick. I did contact them to confirm and spoke to someone. Unfortunately, a no show. Orbitz tired contacting after the fact and they are saying that i did not contact them.
DO NOT USE their service and risk missing your flight. We had to take Uber as an alternative.

Want to give a shout out to Diego our concierge thru expedia/ grayline. He is there for you for all your needs. Transportation and booking your excursions or any other info you would need for your stay. Great guy knows his stuff. Always smiling. He is also quick at his job. So you never have to wait too long to set stuff up or have your questions answered.
