Five stars isn’t enough for Elaine! From the very beginning, her communication was prompt, clear, and reassuring, making the entire planning process seamless. When our group accidentally went to the wrong location on the day of the shoot, we realized we were too far apart to make the session work in time. Despite the mistake being entirely on our end—and knowing cancellations within 24 hours normally aren’t refundable—Elaine handled the situation with unbelievable grace. She went completely out of her way to help us process a full refund. Her level of professionalism, empathy, and exceptional customer service is so rare. While we were saddened not to get our photos done this time, due to Elaine’s incredible kindness, we will make sure to rebook on our next visit to LA!
