We sincerely apologize for the frustration, disappointment, and inconvenience you experienced during your attempted visit to Lookout Café. We understand that you had a very tight schedule between tours and had specifically arranged your booking to fit within that limited time. We are particularly sorry that, despite being assured that your reservation had been taken care of, you were directed to the walk-in desk and ultimately had to leave after waiting for approximately 30 minutes. We fully appreciate how upsetting this must have been, especially after you had taken the additional step of contacting the restaurant beforehand to verify the reservation. We also regret the distress caused by the subsequent communication regarding the filming of the situation. We understand that, from your perspective, the circumstances were extremely frustrating. Please be assured that we take the concerns you have raised very seriously. We will conduct a thorough investigation into what happened, including the booking arrangements, communication with the restaurant, the service provided by the local representative, and the circumstances surrounding your visit.
