Very very funny. A great show and very cleverly written. Laugh out loud funny and great fun. Not for your granny though
Absolutley awful. How has this made it to the West End?. Comedy not funny, distasteful to say the least. Left at the interval. Complete waste of money. Had to have Cocktails to recover from 45 minutes of utter rubbish. The only prop we saw was a rubber aubergine (say no more!) Tacky, low budget. Did the second half improve....i doubt it! Not Westend standard and no cheaper than the credible shows on offer to you. Please read reviews before you book. Wish we had!
This theatre musical is absolutely the best I’ve ever watched in my entire life - and I’m not a spring chicken. So hilarious and attention keeping. Loved all the songs, sang perfectly. I couldn’t say which cast member was the best, as they were all more than brilliant. I know that I have to go again. Well done everyone involved in making the production so good.
Positives: Talented cast Amazing singing Great band Fun and lighthearted High energy Lovely theatre & location (criterion) Negatives: Limited staging Crude in places Overall, we enjoyed it!
Had me smiling from ear to ear and from start to finish!!!! Well worth watching .. atmosphere was electric.... brilliant show 👏
Zany musical based on movie. Crude humor so if you are looking for classic West End musical, suggest you pass on this one.
Terrible. A huge waste of money and I secured very discounted tickets. Now I know the reason why. An improvised incoherent vulgar mess. Some talented actors, a few capable vocalists and sporadic flashes of humour. Mostly poor staging, questionable vocals, very low production values, incessant vulgar innuendo and sexist cruel jokes e.g. calling JK Rowling a "bitch". Spend your money elsewhere - there are so many wonderful, carefully crafted, beautiful shows on the West End. Very disappointed. A waste of an evening in sunny London.
Saw this last night with the hubby. We had great seats but it’s only a small theatre so most are good. Lots of steps if you are in the stalls. When it first started i thought what the hell am i watching? But have to say it was very good and very funny. My hubby was laughing all the way through. Some might find it a bit vulgar in parts but open your mind and you’ll have a great night. Each and every actor had the most incredible voices and their ability to act, sing and be comedic was outstanding. Each and every one were fantastic. “Celine Dion” was superb. William Hanson’s performance really surprised me, he was great, very funny. In the end we were thoroughly glad we went as we had a great night and really enjoyed the show. Sarah Millican was sat in the row behind us too which was another good spot 😃
The 150 year old, intimate criterion theatre is worth seeing already! The musical is the best thing I've seen in the West End! Story: So funny Acting: Exceeded expectations Staff: Perfect cost: really budget friendly Location: Very easy to get to Length of visit: up to 2 hours Accessibility: Unsure. there were lots of stairs but we didn't need to investigate alternatives Maturity warning: mature content delivered in a comically immature style. Probably unsuitable for many younger people. however, I took my daughter for her 16th birthday and we had a fantastic time.
Went to see Titanique yesterday evening with my daughter. This was a birthday gift for me. She chose exceptionally well. We both enjoyed absolutely every minute of this show every minute. What an amazingly talented cast. We laughed and laughed as did the rest of the audience and everyone was on their feet clapping and cheering at the end. I would definitely go and see this again. The singing was stupendous....as I said previously what a talented cast. I also want to mention the staff at this theatre as they too were excellent. So very pleasant and helpful throughout.
