Not very good and dropped us off 15 minutes from our hotel. Seemed rushed and disinterested. Would want a partial refund here:
I am so sorry you had a disappointing experience. This is a very unusual occurrence for us as we pride ourselves in our 5 star reviews. Andy was fantastic! Our flight was delayed by 20 hours and he was able to pivot and change our tour. He called me before to go over what we wanted to see. We saw all the major sites with a quick drop off for pictures in all the right places. Gary has a wealth of knowledge and history of the area dating all the way to the Roman’s Londonium. His interest in architecture, historical references, and current day points of view were insightful. He delivered all with a wonderful sense of humor and warmth.
