We had a great tour with Jane and she has a great knowledge of Westminster Abbey. Well worth the time and tour.
Do not book with Amigo Tours. The Tour Guide did not show up at the dedicated time and meeting spot and the company refused to refund the amount paid. AWFUL!
I paid for the guided parliament in Westminster tour. Approximately 2 days ago they canceled out of the blue, the department tour. I sent three to four messages saying that I would like to be refunded for the other tour and to give me options for the parliament guided tour. I received no response. I showed up at the change time based on their message and there was no amigo tours representative outside of the Abbey shop as indicated they would be. I have now requested full refund of the tour and at this point and so disappointed with their response and lack of planned events for me in London, I would not use them for any other tour. That is wasting my time and money. We shall see how this resolves and that would indicate whether I would ever use them for any other tours
The tour guide is present for Westminster abby until you reach inside parliament, after which you have an audio guide. Both are very good & make for a high quality experience
Jane was awesome and so knowledgeable about history and explained in detail architectural designs.
Our tour time was changed 24 hours earlier and we didn't see any notification as it was only in the app. We wanted 1 hour standing around waiting for a guide. There was no seating or toilets there. Eventually a guide turned up. They give lots of information about who is buried there etc. At parliament we were basically given entry pass and had to walk around ourselves without the guide. For the price we paid, I expected more. You could easily do it all by yourself.

Had a wonderful guide named Nick Morrison. He was very knowledgeable and engaging. Highly recommend visiting Westminster with this tour.
Tour was great though crowded. The guide was very knowledgeable and shared many interesting facts.
Sue was a wonderful guide who steered us through the crowds and shared a great mix of history and fun factoids. Due to traffic we were late and was gracious enough to allow us to join the tour a bit late.
The meeting address given in the info received was incorrect. 20 Deans Yard is a specific address not close to the Abbey Shop. The tour guide talked nonstop for close to 3 hours. Too much info over too long a period of time… the tour could have been much shorter. Parliament was good as we had audio headsets and could go at our own pace.
Dear Michele. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We always strive to provide the best possible information and experience for our guests, and we appreciate your comments as they help us continue improving both our communication and our tours.
