Discover London your way with a hop-on hop-off bus tour, plus a Thames River cruise included with selected tickets. Pass iconic sights including the London Eye, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey and Big Ben while enjoying entertaining commentary on London’s history and culture. Your ticket gives access to three routes. The Red Route covers major landmarks such as Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, the London Eye and St Paul’s Cathedral. The Blue Route travels from Kensington Palace to the Tower of London, stopping near Harrods, the Natural History Museum and Notting Hill. The Green Route connects King’s Cross and St Pancras with Covent Garden via the British Museum. Choose a 24-hour or 48-hour ticket to enjoy the Thames River cruise. 48-hour tickets also include live guided walking tours in English: the Royal Walk, Jack the Ripper Walk and Harry Potter Walking Tour. Upgrade to include the Panoramic Evening Tour for stunning night-time views of London.

- Please note that Stop 1 – Green Park is currently affected by a long-term closure of the main bus stand. While the Blue and Red Tours will continue to pass through this stop, boarding is impacted. As a result, the Red Tour now starts and ends at Stop 2 – Hard Rock. Customers are advised to board from this location.
- If you purchased a 48-hour ticket, 3 walking tours are included. Meet your guide at the Big Bus Stop listed below and have your printed or digital ticket ready. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure. All tours are live guided and conducted in English only. Tours last approximately 1.5–2 hours. It started out great but towards the early evening , the blue line was delayed for over an hour. And then asked customer service on app about status as the app showed one coming but then disappeared on maps. There were about 12 people waiting and some gave up. Customer service said it was done for the day. Good bye. Good bye in using this service again. The narrating was funny and corresponded to the sites which is why the 3 stars

It’s a great way to such a large city. The on board commentary about the city was great and easy to use through the headphone plug in boxes at each seat.

Bus not air-conditioned, explanations in the headphones very brief, complicated to find the bus that does the right tour, and the frequency of passage is too spaced out. Regarding the cruise, no interest.

It’s very easy to navigate in the app a good and easy way to get round London with young children who wouldn’t manage the walk . We always got a seat upstairs which was a bonus and the sound system always worked

It was a great tour, I can only recommend the tour, I would do it again and again
The buses are hot and packed to the brim. They weren’t very well monitored or helpful to maneuver. Even with the site, for a newcomer it isn’t easy to plan. Also they didn’t mention to expect delays due to all the road closures and traffic in the area. I purchased the 2 day pass and barely used one day of it. Save the money and walk or taxi

Great way to see the sights of London though it can get warm on the buses depending upon the weather! We rode the blue bus without getting off and it was close to 3 hours total. A good way to spend the day if you have the time!
