- The London Evening Tour departs at 19:30 from Stop 12, located at the London Eye. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure, as the tour runs on a fixed timetable.
- The experience lasts approximately two hours
- As this is an open-top bus tour, we recommend dressing appropriately for the weather—especially on cooler evenings—and bringing a camera to capture London’s stunning illuminated landmarks.
- Please note that Stop 1 – Green Park is currently affected by a long-term closure of the main bus stand. While the Blue and Red Tours will continue to pass through this stop, boarding is impacted. As a result, the Red Tour now starts and ends at Stop 2 – Hard Rock. Customers are advised to board from this location.
- Please note that this is not a Hop-on Hop-off tour

This is a very thorough bus tour. Because it follows every big red bus tour route, it is long and redundant. I recommend streamlining the tour down to an hour or hour and a half.

So disappointed with the HOHO. Only able to do the audio tour--so lame. Very little information, too much music interlude. The verbal script was stilted, silly, with little historical content. No heads-up for the coming stop number. Had to guess and rush to get off before the bus took off again. Why advertise "The #1 on TripAdvisor"--it so wasn't #1. With that experience, we went with a different company in a different town.
Kevin was our guide for the Harry Potter tour it was amazing!
Boarding the bus was a total mess. Groups pushed in and walked on the bus. The person to tick the clients off was at the bus snd not at the meeting point. A poir start for the tour. Information from the hand phones were not where the actual builfing statue was. Thr was alot of music that was loud and you had no idea what was going on. This was the worse Viator tour we have ever done.

I messaged the driver about starting point details and he/she NEVER RESPONDED. I guess they just pocketed my $$. Very bad communication.

The app has a time delay. The buses often arrive 5-10 minutes late. The traffic is enormous. The app does not show the exact location. We followed the app twice, and it misled us. Thus, the bus was gone and then endless waiting. Sometimes you cannot find the right stop. You cannot distinguish whether the blue route takes one tour or the other. So always ask, although that is also only conditionally true. The buses take different routes due to construction sites, which is not visible in the app. The bus stops sometimes have no bus stop numbers. In the evening (assuming that 5:15 PM is still early enough), after asking, we were told that the bus would finish its normal route. After waiting at the stop for over 20 minutes, finally arriving exhausted on the bus, we were informed a few stops into the ride that the bus would not continue after all, and we had to reorganize spontaneously and pay for public transport. The stops are only announced via headphones. There is no display. However, the stories and narratives are very interesting. The staff was also nice. Oh yes, you cannot make any schedule. If you have booked a specific sightseeing appointment, it is almost impossible to plan with the bus, because you certainly won't make it on time. Even if you have traveled in the wrong direction, you cannot go back.

The bus never showed up. We were told by multiple drivers of other tours that bus was on its way. But still was a no-show. To make things worse, you have to jump through hoops to request a refund. I am still waiting for my refund.

Great experience, but not the best to see London at night during the summer - sun was still pretty mud up until the last half hour of the ride. We got a great picture of Big Ben lit up. I would recommend that they start this promotion an hour later to really see London at lit up at night.
