The shrines were developed over the period – from the 2nd century BC to the 5th century AD. Bhaja Caves The caves are 400 feet above the village of Bhaja. The inscriptions and the cave temple are protected as a National Monument, by the Archaeological Survey of India per Notification No. 2407-A. It belongs to the Hinayana Buddhism sect in Maharashtra.

Rain enhancing the charm of Lonavala
A fabulous trip and everything was just excellent. Despite occasional heavy mansoon rain which in fact added to the charm of the place and the views of Lonavala were great The car was punctual in time and excellent driving. Hardik was amazing and excellent knowledge and explanation in the Karla temple. The rain enhanced the wonderful waterfalls It was a very pleasant experience

Unexpected experience
Trip to the country side was very interesting and comfortable. Seeing the caves and the temple was very special. If you expect extensive historical explanations you might miss it, but overall a good authentic experience.

Recommended !
The tour was highly recommended overall. You spend a lot of time in the car, but it is worth it, as you get to see a lot. The vehicle was comfortable, and the Price quality ratio is really good. Our guide spoke English well, but he was hard to understand – he spoke a bit vaguely, almost as if he had a towel in his teeth. Nevertheless, he was striving and friendly, and we took interesting impressions with us. All in all: a worthwhile experience!

Amazing day and great Tour
It was an amazing time just getting away from Mumbai for a change. My guide and driver on time I enjoyed seeing the caves and breathtaking views of Tiger point. It was a worthwhile trip and I had a great day
