Our meeting point is at Gate #3 in Doca de Santo Amaro, right in front of the restaurant “Rui dos Pregos” (Lisbon). Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the start of your tour for smooth boarding.

I waited at the gate, and a gentleman came out, spoke only to the group of 3 nearby me and when walking away I said "excuse me" to ask if I was to follow as well as I was uncertain who would meet me, he ignored me and when trying to contact company about this, they called me after the boat left to say "oh youre not on boat?" And then hung up on me when asking next steps. I'd give zero stars if I could due to their lack of ensuring all passengers were on the boat before leaving or engaging folks obviously waiting by gate at 10pm. There was no one around and they still missed me?

Rodriguez and Tiago gave us a wonderful evening trip down the Tagus with snacks and drinks as much as we wanted. Their attention, stories about lissabon and answers to all our questions, left us nothing to be desired.
