very detailed about our itinerary, specific about places.
The pass is just the Navigante 24-hour card that you can purchase anywhere for half the price. However, the guide, Alex, was very helpful and available. He shared ideas and instructions on how to profit from the card.
Very nice and informative contact, perfect communication, punctual, reliable, and super friendly. Would love to do it again. Many thanks!
If I would have known you had to wait in line for 2 hours I would not have purchased. I got tired of standing in the heat so opted to pay additional money for a different tour.
Experience was ok. Average. The wait to load the tram too long even if you go later. Need larger trams. Should have a guide for tram or recording on tram
All perfect. Thank you. We had a great experience
Ticket provided was for 24 hour access to all transportation options in area not just tram 28. Guide provided ticket and suggestions for our trip as well as insight for using Google Maps to evaluate public transportation options, which was extremely useful .
Booking the tram and meeting the guide was effortless. The meeting place was different than the site to board the tram, but it was not far. I arrived at the tram which is the first stop at 10:15am. There was a looong line. The wait was almost an hour. The tram accommodates 30 people seated and approximately 30 standing. The wait was long because no one wanted to stand so only 30 people at a time. There was about a 10-minute wait for the next tram. It took four trams before I was able to get on. There is an audio guide that coincides with the tram route. The route takes one through the various Lisbon neighborhoods but as the tram gets more crowded as it progresses along the route you can only see the view from the side of the tram on which you are seated. You can hop on and hop off. But once you hop off you will definitely not get a seat when you hop back on. The total tour is almost an hour so be prepared to stand. I would experience the entire tour first and then hop off on the return as you have an idea now where you would want to stop and why. The tram is definitely one and done. As I had been in Lisbon for a conference, I had already purchased a "navigante" which is the transportation payment method that can be used on the bus, tram, train etc. all transport methods. You just put a specific value amount on the card and refill as needed. I had just refilled my card. The pass that I was given for the tram which is valid for use for 24 hours is the same "navigante." So, I realized that I could have just used my "navigante" and saved $23. I consider this a donation to the Lisbon economy. You live and learn.
The tour guide needs to wait for all the tourists before giving any information. Also , the tour had mentioned audio tour which was missing. We took the tram ride but we were unable to identify the places.
The Lisbon 24 Pass With Tram 28 Ticket is a great way to explore the city ,with the pass you get unlimited travel for 24 hours on the trams including the historic Tram 28 ,to be honest Tram 28 is a tourist attraction, a bit hyped ,its fun but crowded ,you'll get the same experience on other trams with the same ticket without the hassle of queueing up to get on Tram 28 and the crowds that tram draws, its a great ticket to get ,most definitely well worth checking out if you're planning a holiday to Lisbon.
