Amazing Experience
Thrue our driver was amazing. He pointed out many sites along the way to bamboo rafting. We were able to purchase affordable souvenirs and fruits at a convenient stop. The bamboo rafting was very fun as well!

The massage was great.
It was a nice atmosphere and relaxing. The massage was very nice. The ride was short and the river was packed with people. It felt like the workers were in a rush. Bring your own drink.
Operator response
"Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the massage. We strive to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all our guests. While the river can get busy during peak times, we always aim to give our guests ample time to enjoy their tour. In fact, we extended your experience to 4 hours and 30 minutes instead of the standard 3 hours, including shopping time. We appreciate your suggestion about bringing a drink and will take it into consideration. We hope to welcome you again for an even better experience!"

Better arrange your own ride home!
The ride itself was fine. The driver was nice. But it was a disaster at the end. We waited over an hour for our ride back to the ship and it was getting tight and we could not get in one's attention to really help us. I would like to speak with someone at vietar to get assurances on my upcoming travels.
Operator response
"Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you enjoyed the ride and found our driver to be nice. I want to assure you that we always remain on-site to transport our guests back, and I’m sorry if there was any confusion about that. We strive to provide a seamless experience, and I truly appreciate your input as we continue to improve. If you’d like to discuss this further, I’d be happy to assist."

The Bamboo Captain was...
The Bamboo Captain was great. It was the driver that pissed me off, he was very rushy at the end. He said he had to make a dollar at the airport, witch I respect and understand, but he literally hit his arm and said times up. Like we are humans not dollars, please treat us as such.

We do have a set time duration for each experience to ensure all guests receive the best service and our team stays on schedule.
That said, we understand that it can feel rushed, and we’re sorry if it made you feel undervalued. We’ll work with our team to improve how we communicate the time restrictions in a more considerate manner. Your comfort and enjoyment are our top priorities, and we’d love to welcome you back to show you a better experience in the future.
Thank you for your understanding.
