This hike involves climbing a lot of stairs so you need to be prepared for that. Our guide was the best. He keep a good pace. We stopped frequently so he could show us all the foliage growing along the path. We got to try wild rocket and saw caper bushes. He showed us which flowers/plants were poisonous. He took us to a 5th generation run lemon farm where we got to try fresh lemons and lemonade. It was an amazing morning.
Enzo was our guide on the Lemon Path. He was very good with communicating and on time to meet us at the designated spot. His knowledge of the area/history was exceptional, and sense of humor was a treat! we shared laughs and stories on the path. The Lemon path weaves up 450 steps and down approx same number starting in Minori and ending in Maori. We stopped at Agricola Ruocco's lemon farm to sample some lemon salad, lemon sorbet, lemonade, and limoncello - all delicious and refreshing in the heat! John Ruocco ships his products worldwide and I highly recommend his limoncello - it was the very best we had on the amalfi coast! this tour is very easy and views are spectacular. Highly recommend! Go with Enzo to learn alittle along the path...

Beautiful walk and delicious lemons, Enzo was so friendly and informative! I had a great time hiking the lemon path while learning a bit about the city, I would recommend this to anyone staying in Maiori as it was a great way to see the city and stay active while also having fun!
We had a wonderful time doing the Lemon path Hike with Enzo. Enzo was an amazing tour guide. My mum, Aunty and I went in August so it was very hot but the experience was still amazing. The couple at the top of the hill was very nice and kind. The lemon slushie and lemonade was beautiful and refreshing. This was our first time in Amalfi ( coming from Australia) so having an experienced & kind tour guide like Enzo that thinks to take you to the lemon cafe & a lemon cello factory was very helpful. Highly recommend this experience .
In the land of lemons, this tour couldn't be missed! All along the way the view is beautiful and the best part is tasting lemonades and jams. During the walk there were three stops at lemon plantations with exceptional service. We started in Minori and ended in Maiori. They are two pleasant little cities. Enzo is always very attentive, more than a guide, he is also a friend along the way, which makes the tour even more enjoyable!! I recommend!!

The place is amazing, although, in the summer, be careful with walking up there, because the many stairs make you sweat. The views are lovely and the home made lemonade is tasty.
Goodmorning, You have never done the tour with me. But I can tell that I start my hikes early in the morning, to avoid the heat The hike is easy cause is only 4 kms, so it's for beginners. And it's not true there are many stairs. Maybe you took the wrong path to Convent San Nicola. If you want to do the right Lemon Path, please book my tour. I hope it's clear. Ciao Enzo

First - don't pay money to do this hike as it is not worth the money as you can do it yourself easily! The hike of the Lemon Path is a little strenuous at the start but evens out fairly quickly! It is well worth the effort as it shows you the lifestyle of living in the hills without modern access by mechanized means. You quickly meet the means of transportation - DONKEYS and MULES!, they are everywhere! They are sooooo cute and pettable! What a surprise! The best part is when you get to the other end of the path there are all kinds of cafes, shops and stores as you come out in Minori where if you don't want to walk back you can take a bus, taxi or even a quick ferry/taxi back to Maiori after a coffee or Gellato!
Hi, I dont know you and you have never attended my hike. So please cancel this review. Second, with a guide we get into the Lemon farms, and we could try many things Third, the hike is the easiest of Amalfi coast. Its. Not strenous, it"s just 3 miles. This hike is for beginners.. Ciao Enzo
