It belongs to Ali the Canary, the most famous 17th-century corsair from this island, and his ghost wants you to follow it. Use Questo app on your phone to follow Ali's map across 10 real locations in Vegueta and Triana: the frog fountain, Pérez Galdós Theatre, Mercado de Vegueta, Casa de Colón, Santa Ana Cathedral, and the City Hall.
