Important Information

- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- There is NO age limit for this tour, however in order to be able to take this tour you must be at least 55 inches tall (140 cm). If you are shorter than 55 inches tall you can still take the tour but you will only be able to use the 5 zip lines and will have to skip most of the hanging bridges.
- There is NO weight limit to take this tour as long as you can fit the safety harness. Max. Waist Belt: 48 Inches (122 cm) | Max Leg Loop: 26 inches (66 cm)
- It is recommended that you wear sneakers and comfortable clothes
- Important: With the purchase of the Canopy Tour ticket you don´t have to pay any additional admission fees to the campground, however the use of all the other campground´s facilities (Paddle Boats, Swimming Pools, etc) besides the Canopy Tour is not included.

100% recommend and would say this is a must-do while visiting Ensenada, especially with kiddos. We will definitely be back and stay on the wonderful grounds (SO MUCH TO SEE/EAT/DO), we only had a day stop while on a cruise. We booked ziplining, atv ride, and horseback riding, and the price for everything cannot be beat. The more you book, the higher the discount! The price also takes off transportation for additional activities which I don't believe third-party operators do. One family member is neurodivergent and requires extra flexibility and support. I was nervous about booking because we had a terrible tour experience in Hawaii just a month ago but this experience could not have been more different. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful, but our guide Ismael, was incredible! Ismael was attentive, kind, patient, and went above and beyond to accommodate us without making us feel like a burden. Because of him, we were able to relax and enjoy every activity. I've never experienced a tour that was so well organized, inclusive, and fun! Book through them and leave a big'ol tip. They absolutely deserve it!
