I grew up in my family's restaurant in a small village in León, trained at the Basque Culinary Center and have worked in kitchens across Spain and Ireland. Today, I bring that experience directly to your accommodation, wherever you are in Lanzarote. Come closer and watch the chef at work, discovering the secrets behind each dish. Enjoy it as a private cooking class. Or simply relax with a glass in your hand and let the evening unfold. What's included: - Live cooking. - Your choice of menu: Paella (Classic or Premium) or Fire and Barbecue (Classic or Premium). - Optional wine pairing. - Menus adapted to dietary requirements and allergies. - The traditional Spanish sobremesa. - We take care of the setup, cooking and cleaning up.

Pickup Locations & Times

Transport is not included: your private chef comes to you. After booking, please send us the full address of your accommodation and any access details. The chef will arrive 1 hour before the agreed time to prepare everything. All you need is a working kitchen that can be used during the experience and a table with enough chairs for all guests. We take care of the rest.
