It was everything we had expected. It was pleasant from beginning to end and the service at the bar was affordable and good. I can recommend this Kroes for a late afternoon or evening on Lake Lucerne.

Taxi Anyone?
A virtual Taxi Service. We were expecting so much more, but essentially rode across the lake to another hotel, picked up a family, and rode back. Disappointing.

Beautiful boat tour
Beautiful scenic boat tour - 1 hour was a good length. Left and returned on time. Breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. No information provided during the tour.

Weather conditions should be considered
the boat ride itself should have been really nice... not clearly marked so leave time to run around to find the dock, there are several located on different sides of the lake. it was pouring rain and very very foggy. could not see much of anything as we sailed by. no narrative either but I guess they could not see anything to comment on. should have been allowed to cancel under these weather conditions. it is billed as a scenic cruise around Lake Lucerne... for us just a cruise.

Not worth the time
I thought there would be audio letting us know what we were passing and a little about the lake. It was basically a 1 hour circle. I did not really enjoy it.

Lake Luzern Cruise
This is a must if you are visiting Lake Luzern. The waters are clear and the views of the Alps are spectacular, especially on a clear day. The boat was safe, clean and with plenty of inside or outside seating.

Lovely!
A lovely time! I'm not sure if I lucked out, but our boat was practically empty compared to the other ones we saw. Everyone had a place to sit right up front and enjoy the view. The perfect amount of time.

Lucerne's Lovely Lake Cruise
A lovely short cruise on the lake around Lucerne. Fabulous scenery on a comfortable catamaran. The boat is quiet and there's a bar for drinks and snacks. Plenty of room fore and aft, with a panoramic indoor lounge between.

Nice ride on Lake Lucerne
Boat ride was gorgeous but can hardly be called a tour. There was no narration and we did not know what we were looking at.
