Hi Stephanie, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm sorry to hear the tour did not meet your expectations. As always, I gave my best effort to provide a meaningful experience. Unfortunately, the unexpected rain impacted one of the planned stops, which was beyond my control. I also gave you space during the tour, as you appeared distant and not particularly interested in engaging (supported on 30 years of exeperience I feel when people simply doesn't show much interest on local insights, history, culture). You not even provide me your WhatsApp so I didn't take/could send you photos, links, videos - In situations where guests are looking for a more straightforward transport service or a more passive sightseeing experience, a shared tour or a rideshare option like Uber may be a better fit. I'm not just a driver, definitely when booking tour guide people should be open for that kind of more immersive experience. I do my best to provide clear and detailed tour descriptions so guests know what to expect. I always encourage potential guests to reach out with any questions before booking. I believe clear communication on both sides helps ensure a good match between the guest’s expectations and the experience I offer. It’s always my goal to deliver 5-star experiences, and while I truly strive for that every time, I humbly accept that I may not be the perfect fit for every traveler.
