💚 Pesto, views, and glasses: the perfect recipe!
I participated in a pesto class with Mattia and Niccolò together with some friends, looking for an experience different from the usual, something unique that would make us feel on vacation even if only for a few hours. And the expectations were definitely exceeded! We were welcomed with great warmth in a fantastic location, with a spectacular view that looked like it came out of a painting. Between laughter, aromas, and flavors, we learned to prepare real pesto using the traditional mortar and pestle: a fun, pleasant, and also surprisingly engaging experience. Everything was accompanied by excellent local products and good wine, which made the atmosphere even more special. An authentic and relaxing experience, perfect to enjoy in company. Highly recommended for those who want to treat themselves to a few hours of good food and a vacation atmosphere!
